Great location. What a view from balcony! And definitely the best area to stay in Newquay. Place is exactly as described. Only a short walk to town centre, Lewinnick Lodge and Crantock Beach for a change. Golf course is worth a round (only really need to take a half set of clubs)- saying that, there are some quite challenging holes (especially if there is a breeze) with spectacular views. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The place was exactly how it was shown in the photos, airy and spacious and light. It was clean and modern - great for a small or a bigger family. The view was beautiful, day and night. The bedrooms were so spacious, and as there was three of us, it was a bonus to have an en suite. The kitchen was very modern and had all that we needed, and the big TV and DVD player were also handy in the evenings when we were in for the evening. Close proximity to shops and if you need something in an emergency there is a convenience shop just over the road that is open until late. I would say you would need a car to get around, but perhaps if you plan to just stay in Newquay this wouldn't be an issue. We felt that the flat was a good base if you wanted to travel to all areas of Cornwall - it's location is great. We would love to return here again!

Having just left paradise in Newquey at Steve's amazing condo, we feel a great loss. The condo is better than described. The view over Fistral Beach was just stunning. We highly recommend a stay here and hope to return again soon.

Steve is an excellent host. The apartment was perfect and exactly as described online, very spacious, clean and well furnished. A great location for the beach and only a short walk into the town, Steve also left an information pack with details and maps of the local surroundings. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay, Steve was very helpful and responded to any questions we had quickly. I would highly recommend a visit here!

We has a wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment with the most magnificent views. We were very fortunate with the weather and like Steve would highly recommend the Lewinnick nearby for a drink, breakfast or dinner. Having secure parking also made this apartment a breeze to get in and out of. We would highly recommend this to travellers who are prepared to pay a little extra for the view and a very well appointed apartment.

Description was spot on and the apartment was in a great location for both Fistral and Newquay. Instructions are clear and we had no problems whatsoever. Steve even sent us a message when we arrived to check all was ok, much appreciated and of course everything was perfect!
