New home in wonderful downtown location. Walk to all the restaurants, bars, Coor Field, or take our bikes and hit the bike paths that take you all over the city. Light rail is 5 blocks east.

2nd Floor: Huge master suite w amazing views. New king-size bed. Five-piece bathroom with over-sized tub and dual head rain shower plus walk-in closet. Bath features natural slate tile with radiant in-floor heat.
1st Floor: Twelve-foot ceilings, natural red oak hardwood floors. Directv on the new 55" plasma. Formal dining room with huge south facing windows. We were a group of 5 in town for some outdoor activities and a ball game at Coors Field. John's house was perfect - very clean, plenty of space, great location, and incredible rooftop decks. The listing was as described, the pictures don't do it justice. We had one issue with the cable but John responded immediately and remedied while on the phone with Direct TV for a couple hours and even left us a bottle of Tito's for our troubles. I would definitely recommend this listing to anyone looking for a well priced, spacious, centrally located house as a base to explore Denver and the surrounding areas.

John's place worked perfectly for us. We were in town for a wedding in RiNo, and three couples stayed in the house. All of the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the living room offered a nice space for hanging out. But we most appreciated the kitchen for making big meals and having friends at a different AirBnB over. The house has a lot of space, and John has a really nice set up. RiNo is a great neighborhood, with lots of restaurants and bars, and the house is a five minute walk to it all. The neighborhood has a couple rough areas, but we felt comfortable with the area our entire stay. We would definitely take a look at staying here again.

We had a great time staying at the house. There was plenty of space for 6 adults. The house is on a quiet residential street, and there are lots of bars and restaurants within a short walk.

Really big furnished and clean house that comfortably accommodated the 7 of us. Best of all the location was great as it was walking distance to breweries, arcades, and restaurants.

We had a great stay. Nice spacious house. Good, low key neighborhood. John was helpful and easy to communicate with.

I love Denver but travel a ton, so having others use my house while I'm away made sense to me. I love music (piano and a couple guitars always around the house)... sport (water and snow skiing, basketball, biking, hiking & climbing)... books, movies and good conversation. I travel most for work but enjoy exploring Asia, Europe, S America etc. Italy is a must if you have not been.
