À propos de ce logement
Bright and airy room, with a double bed and space in wardrobe. Next to shared guest shower room inc lavatory and bidet.
Downstairs: use of front lounge with huge sofa and (on chilly evenings) wood burning stove. We provide a simple 'serve yourself' breakfast of fresh coffee, toast & cereal in large open plan kitchen. We do not allow guests to cook for themselves - there are plenty of gorgeous cafes and restaurants in the area. Kitchen for breakfast only.
The neighbourhood is surburban with many small shops and restaurants located within a few minutes' walk of the house, including Chapter Art Centre. It is also close to Llandaff Fields, a park which has the Taff Trail cycle route enabling easy access to the city, the Bay and in the other direction…the hills. It is possible to hire bikes from The Bike Shed, a few minutes walk away, so if you're up for cycling, no dragging your bike with you....
The road is mainly residential parking. We have a guest parking permit, so if you are bringing your car, make sure you grab the permit....
It is a fantastic and easy place to stay if you plan to visit Cardiff.
Major local attractions include Cardiff Castle, Cardiff Museum, St Fagan's Museum of Welsh Life and of course the Millennium Stadium and the Millennium Centre Opera House.
Local transport is excellent, with buses to and from the city centre every 10 minutes. Central train station and national coach station approx 10 minutes away by taxi.
The house offers a unique opportunity to enjoy all Cardiff has to offer, combined with a more laid-back lifestyle in a beautiful and quirky Victorian house.
We love to chat and are happy to give directions or make suggestions if required.
No smoking and no eating food in your bedroom! If you are opting for a take-away, please eat it in the kitchen.
Si vous annulez jusqu'à 7 jours avant le voyage, vous recevez un remboursement à hauteur de 50 % et les frais de service vous sont remboursés intégralement.
