It s an approximately 52 sq meters one bedroom flat ,situated on the ground floor. Comprises a reception room with access to a patio,kitchen ,bedroom and bathroom.
Tenants can have access to wireless and wired internet, 47 inches flat cable television screen, new washing machine ,cd player and radio.
There is a new sofa bed in the lounge and two
brand new armchairs.
Bed linen and towels can be provided.
The flat is located within a development, it is bright and is in a great location next to Stanford Bridge Ground.
Brompton Park Crescent offers use of communal gym and pool as well as communal gardens.However the use of gym
and pool is only availiable to people who stay a minimum
of 6 months.
The closest underground stations are West Brompton and Fulham
Broadway both on the district line with quick connections to other areas of London. Getting to the West End, Oxford and Picadilly Circus will take you around 25 minutes for which you will need to catch the westbound Picadilly line.
Just around the corner from the apartment many international restaurants. Fulham and Chelsea are within walking distance where there are a variety of bars.
For potential football fans the Chelsea stadium is next to the development and can be seen from the balcony.
Ten to fifteen minute walk away is the South Kensington area with its vibrant night life and its bars and restaurants.
Nearby are also the National History Museum and Royal Albert Hall. If you want to see the Kensington Palace, Holland Park and Earls Court walk 15 minutes to the north.
