Whenever they need help.
Being in the countryside and hearing birds in the morning not traffic. Close to the coast and our nearest shops in Beccles just 10 minutes drive.
Guests will need their own transport. The area is perfect for those who enjoy cycling with plenty of country lanes to explore. Beccles railway station is only a 10 minute drive and takes you to Lowestoft or Ipswich with plenty of stops on the way.
Please note that we can arrange a mid-week housekeeping clean for an additional cost of £30 if you are having a longer stay.
I would like to think that our guests are the sort of people who reciprocate the respect we show them and savour their surroundings.

I am very much a family person and enjoy my work teaching piano. Since starting up our B&B I have thoroughly enjoyed meeting all the different types of people who stay with us. I believe in treating everyone with respect, and feel honoured that they enjoy staying with us. I am passionate about history and reading of others lives. My garden is very important to me and I love watching the seasons in the countryside where we live.
