I am in & out of the apartment a lot, but am always contactable.. it's ideal for travellers still wanting a lot of privacy during their stay. Always ready to give you suggestions if you want more though... :)

Southbank is the penultimate locale of Melbourne, boasting an abundance of foodies choices (restaurants of all categories) shopping, live entertainment, the Crown Casino on your doorstep & beautiful parks/walking trails just around the corner. Everything is easily accessible by foot or public transport.
- Southbank hub (Southgate) 5 minute stroll
- Tram stops every which way from the apartment
- Melbourne City (Flinders station) 10 minute stroll (through Southgate)
- Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG) 20 minute stroll through scenic Southbank
- Etihad Stadium 20 minute stroll
All of the above can be accessed by public transport in quicker time but I would definitely suggest the stroll as it is stunning!

AIRPORT TRANSFERS:
I strongly advise all guests to catch the Skybus from the airport to Southern Cross Station ($32return ticket) followed by a taxi from the station to the apartment (approx. $12). This takes all up around half an hour.
An abundance of trams & a 10 minute stroll from Melbournes biggest train station - Flinders Street Station.
Public transport surrounds the apartment - trains, trams, Uber...
Buses are around but are not Melbourne's most likely mode of transport.
The Tram Tracker & PTV mobile apps are your best bet for navigation.

The apartment is 3BR, I live in the master bedroom & the other 2 rooms are available for guests. Both rooms may be in use at any one time, therefore guests will share the bathroom. In saying this, the bathroom is huge & includes double basins so you will each have your own 'sides'. This room consists of one queen bed & 1 double air mattress.

I expect full respect for my apartment, as you will see I take great pride in my living space. If you use it-clean it, if you break it- talk to me, I think it's pretty simple :)
HOUSE RULES:
-Please remember to turn the heating / AC OFF when leaving the apartment. Please be mindful of the environment & that nobody likes soaring bills :(
-Dispose of all rubbish in the chute to the right of the lifts before leaving.
-Strip all beds of linen, place in basket in laundry.
-Ensure kitchen is clear & if dishwasher is used it is empty or ON when departing from your stay.
-Don't forget to leave a note in the guest book :)
-Take 5 on the balcony, it's a must!

I'm a bubbly kinda girl who loves travel!
As far as at hosting goes I love to meet people from all over the globe & help them see the best of Melbourne. I think I know my area pretty well :)
I'm a very busy person who admittedly isn't home a lot so I will most likely actually rarely see you as a guest.
I also try & get away whenever I can!
As a guest I can vouch that I will look after your place as I would my own, I am clean & tidy & am going to be out most of the time adventuring through your little piece of the world.
