Le logement

The one-storey villa with a size of 120 m2 counts with three bedrooms and is ideal families or groups of friends. There are 3 bedrooms. The first one is fitted with a bunk bed (for up to three people), the second one comes with a double bed and the third one also has another double bed and an en suite bathroom. In this room there is a sofa where someone else could sleep if you wish so. Then, the capacity of the house would be normally for 6 people and maximum for 8 people. Apart from the en suite bathroom, which is equipped with a shower cabin, there are other two bathrooms. There are 3 fans for the bedrooms.

Sit down in the spacious living area and spend your time reading a good book, watching television or just take a nap. There is air conditioning in the living room and in the kitchen. The dining area is located in the independent kitchen and it has a table and seats for 10 people. The kitchen is well equipped.

The exteriors are beautiful: step outside and have a barbecue, swim in the pool or just relax in the terrace. The terrace is furnished with two tables and seats for 10 people. Next to the private pool, 8 x 4 meters, there is an area with sun loungers for you to get tanned. There are 6.000 m2 of land with lots of almond trees, orange trees, etc.

If you are very active you will for sure enjoy the tennis court and basketball court that you will find right behind the house. There is also a table tennis to spend summer afternoons playing with family and friends.

There is one direct neighbor and a few others which are situated in the surroundings, but house and its installations are completely private. You will be able to park up to 3 cars outside the house in an uncovered space.

Le quartier

The house is only 3.5 km from the closest village, Campanet, and 6 km far from Sa Pobla, where you will find most of the things you will need during your stay: supermarket, medical center, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, etc. The beautiful village Pollença is also quite close. This place is worth a visit, you will enjoy its tiny cobbled streets with lots of shops, you will be able to go up to Calvari, a tiny church on the top of the village, where you will enjoy the astonishing views of the surroundings.

In only 20 minutes driving by car you will reach the beach of Capellans / Can Picafort. Apart of this beach area discover the main beach of Can Picafort with its animated sea promenade, the quiet zone of Playa de Muro and the crystal clear waters of the beaches of the municipality of Alcúdia.

We recommend visiting this house during spring, autumn and winter as well, as it has fireplace and central heating. You will be able to enjoy the hike trails around the mountains and the beautiful villa of Campanet. From this lovely villa you can discover and admire the awesome landscapes of Serra de Tramuntana, which was recently declared UNESCO World Heritage Site. This will be a different way to enjoy the beauty of the island!

We had a pretty nice vacation, the owner received us on time and even left some groceries for us. The house and the surrounding was very spacious, it's situated in a very calm area except for some dogs or sheep in the neighborhood. Unfortunately, the whole place is pretty old and could use some overhaul on every corner. The dishes in the kitchen were dirty, the grill was unusable, everything was rusty and it didn't look like something you would want to put your food on. The owner herself said she didn't know how to use it, since she had never used it herself. And there are quite a big number of ants in the kitchen (we had some in the dish washer). The tennis court is nothing near what you see in the pictures, it's a concrete court with a few dents here and there. The swing set wasn't something we dared to allow our kids to use. What isn't mentioned in the description is the missing waste removal, you have to take your waste bags to Sa Pobla, a 5min drive. You cannot lock the back door, the owner told us to just use the shutters instead. Technically, you do have Internet access, in reality, it's a really slow 3G (no LTE!) mobile access point with a 2 GB data plan, which was topped up one time during our 9-night stay. The signal is pretty weak, you don't have coverage in the whole house, whereas you see the neighbor's Wifi on the whole property. We had to use our own data roaming plan in order to have more decent Internet access. Although we had an OK time, we wouldn't recommend this place.

Værten var virkelig servicemindet og hjælpsom til at svare på alle spørgsmål, da vi først ikke kunne finde huset ved ankomst. Huset var smukt, poolområdet fantastisk, det var stort og der var alt hvad du havde brug for. Alting fungerede perfekt ned til mindste detalje. Vil gerne komme igen til næste år.

Our host made US feel very welcome and took all the time we neede in order to be properly introduced to her place. The house is very well equiped. Betina was very friendly and welcomed us with fresh fruit , water and sine. Just in case we didn't have brought anything. Very thoughtfull og her, thank you! The place is clean and well kept. However the property was very difficult to find. Be sure you have a GPS and the correct coordinates. It is a peasfull and quiret place out in the country wich require a Care and reccomedable for bikers and hikers.

The house was perfect, we had a fantastic vacation. The house had everything. The pool was perfect, the tennis court, the garden. The nearby villages was super. The host was very friendly and helpfull. Made us feel at home.
