This non smoking unit has recently upgraded the furnishings to this beautiful unit. We have new lovely, island living room and bedroom furniture as well as new flat screen TV with wi-fi access in the bedroom and living room. IT has been recently painted, new window coverings, a lovely new granite kitchen and new art work. Have your meals, read, nap, or just enjoy the lovely scenery from the lanai while lisentening to the ocean. The surf and palm trees will lull you to sleep. Our unit comes fully furnished and has all your beach needs, i.e. beach towels and chairs, beach coolers, and needed cooking spices to help keep your grocery costs down. There is free wireless Internet access, free cable, and free covered parking. There is a wonderful ocean breeze that blows through the unit, making air conditioning not necessary. Cook your meals in our well stocked modern kitchen or use the BBQ/picnic area close by.

Located on the ground floor, we are just steps away from the best snorkel beach on Kauai and ideally located to enjoy all the beautiful sights of the island. World-class golf is minutes away and the island’s best five star restaurant is just out our front door. The newly tiled pool with a lovely water feature provides both sun and shade to meet your needs.

The Prince Kuhio is a non smoking facility that has a manager on site during week days should you have special needs.
We have enjoyed both staying in our condo and renting to guests so much that we have just purchased another condo in the Prince Kuhio. It has been my experience, in renting our units for the past 14 years, that we can help our guests have the most enjoyable experience on Kauai that is possible. I will provide you with a detailed note of things to do/places to go/ and restaurants that we enjoy on island.
Our complex will be undergoing a roof replacement on the front section of the building from July 24 to Sept 1. This unit is in the middle section, so it should not be impacted, but because there might be some noise associated with this process during the hours of 9 to 5 on Mon thru Fri from July 24 to Sept. 1, I have reduced the rate to $150 a night. Because it is just during the day and chances are you will be out and about - it should not effect your stay.
There is a full laundry facility on the ground floor for your laundry needs. I also have a list of affordable car rental available on island.

We spend our winters in Kauai where we volunteer at the Botanical Gardens, Habitat for Humanity,and participate in the monthly Whale count for NOAH. We love to golf, hike, swim in the ocean, Bocci Ball on Friday nights with friends, and enjoy the beauty of this special island. When not here we live in Poulsbo, WA on Hood Canal. We enjoy our special dog, gardening and of course the crabbing, clam digging and all the seafood the Pacific NW has to offer. My husband is a retired contractor and I was Director of Rehab Services at a major Medical Center. We have brought our skill for remodeling and business management to make a wonderful vacation spot on Kauai. We love to travel, and have been to many places around the world, Africa being one of our favorites.
