Located right behind Oxford Street, the apartment offers views with glimpses of Sydney harbour. There is WiFi, a Queen bed, lounge, and modern kitchen.

The apartment has great district views facing east, and you can see parts of Sydney Harbour which is really nice to wake up to.
The space is clean, comfortable and conveniently located. It has recently been renovated with a new kitchen, and lovely plush wool carpet. There is a small modern kitchen with an oven, stove, microwave, fridge, toaster and kettle, as well as a bathtub in the bathroom if you want to relax after a long day sight seeing. You can help yourself to any of the food in the pantry or fridge.
The pillows are comfortable, the sheets and towels are fresh and there are spare ones in the cupboard.
The WiFi is fast by Australian standards, about 12-15mbps.
There is a TV with standard free to air TV.
The apartment is in a busy night spot and transport hub (Taylor Square) which means it can be noisy at night. But it is also easy to get used to, or blocked out with ear plugs. Note to light sleepers, pack ear plugs!
The good news is, the best restaurants and bars in town are in Surry Hills and the surrounding areas, so you won't have to walk far to have a great night out.
Please note; the apartment does have its imperfections such as old cracked paint on the windows and in the bathroom and kitchen, it isn't clear in the photos but it is old and patchy. Also the kitchen floor is patchy, but these are very minor cosmetic things which won't stop you enjoying the space. I only mention this as I don't want my guests to arrive and be disappointed. The apartment is very old and the photos don't show all the minor imperfections with the paint work.
If you are looking for a clean and comfortable flat in a great neighbourhood that is well priced, look no further.

The building has a coin operated laundry out in the back courtyard.
Any guest who needs assistance to gain access into the property due to a lost or locked-in key will need to pay a key access callout fee of $35 for assistance.
Any guest who required an item left at the property after their stay will need to cover shipping costs and an extra call out fee of $15 for delivery assistance.

Please take out the garbage and recycling to the rear courtyard if it is full.
Keep noise to a minimum after midnight on Friday and Saturday nights, and 11pm all on other nights.
