Free WiFi. Free off-street parking for 1 car. Beautiful free-standing house two hundred metres from the Fremantle Markets & close to Fremantle Tennis Club, parkland, the Fremantle Leisure Centre with its swimming pools and gym. Lovely garden but sorry NO pets.

Enter into a comfortable sitting room with sliding doors from both the dining and living areas which open onto a large patio, lawn and garden with outdoor setting and BBQ. This garden is designed for shade in summer and sunshine in winter. Kitchen is fully equipped with a laundry and toilet in the centre section.
Both bedrooms have heating and cooling airconditioning. Gas heating warms the sitting area.
Spiral staircase to upper floor. Master bedroom has a king bed and juliet balcony with sliding doors, therefore you have beautiful morning sun. The second bedroom at the other side of the house past the bathroom (shower over bath, toilet and basin), has a lovely north facing window offering pleasant views over the lawn to the trees.
All furniture and fittings are of excellent standard and everything necessary for a self-contained holiday or business trip is supplied.
Car parking is just outside the garden gate off street - so convenient and comfortable!

The whole house and garden is self-contained and the guests to use as home.

We are always available by telephone and live in Fremantle. We enjoy meeting our guests if they wish to have a chat. Advice and helpful hints are always available.

Comes with free WiFi (generous) and weekly clean and linen change included. Site: Great little off-street development (3 houses behind old cottages) -very quiet. Easy access to buses, trains and in central Fremantle.
Try the Norfolk Hotel at the corner of Norfolk Street and South Terrace, the cute little Attic cafe in Bannister Street and the funky Bread in Common on Pakenham Street where you can sit refectory style and meet other folk.
Well-run, neat development complex. Not a shared space.

Easy access to Notre Dame University, Fremantle Hospital, beaches, cafes, museums. Take the CAT (Central Area Transit bus ) to South Beach. Reach Murdoch University, Fiona Stanley Hospital, St John of God's Hospital Murdoch by bus 98/99 circle bus line to and from Fremantle Bus Station. Train to Central Perth. Trip to Rottnest and ferries to Perth from B shed in the Fremantle Harbour.

Parking is provided in a bay marked with your unit number. Please do not park elsewhere. For visitors there are plenty of paid parking opposite near the tennis club.

If you want to have a pet then this needs to be discussed with us. If we agree a returnable bond will be taken.
We expect that guests will take care of the property and make sure that the neighbours are not disturbed. No parties and all friends of guests must be off the property by 10:00pm with no loud noise or music. There are plenty of local places to enjoy a good time.
Any problems/breakages need to be reported to us and on departure all rubbish needs to be removed and a all dishes washed, dried and put away. No Smoking is allowed inside and if you smoke outside you must remove all ash and butts carefully.

We had a terrific stay - the house is beautiful, clean and has the most comfortable beds we've found for awhile! And the location can't be beaten, all highly recommended.

Great location, close to shops, markets, ferry terminal and leisure centre with wonderful 50m pool. Spacious townhouse with very comfortable beds, with a great pressure shower, and lovely outdoor alfresco area

A lovely well set up place right on the doorstep of all Fremantle activities. The townhouse is very comfortable and the private garden is a delight. A great base for exploring Fremantle.

Lovely home away from home. Access to the house was well described in an email from Gillian. House was well supplied and equipped. Lovely garden area to sit and chill. Even played a game of scrabble on a set produced in 1956! We would definitely recommend staying here.

Ian (my husband), Connie and I run a short-stay accommodation business in Fremantle that has been going since 2006.
We all enjoyed Christmas 2015 and we also enjoy helping people to have a great experience in lovely Fremantle and Perth!

As the photo, we are dog lovers - takes a bit to keep up with a young, active mini-schnauzer!!
We all enjoy music, the outdoors (especially the dog beach and dog park!!). BBQs and when we can get a break some travel or trips to visit friends.
We still need to get to Prague - maybe a river cruise?? Also Ian and I want to take a good look at inland Victoria and New South Wales - a car trip pottering around about April 2016 would be good.

I guess for a life motto - Do as you would be done by - this seems to work well!
