I’m renting one bed room in my apartment, on a daily or weekly basis. Everything in it is included.
The apartment is located in the Old Montreal (Le Vieux Port) a safe neighbourhood reminding of old times when Montreal was only a village. Historic landmarks cover the neighbourhood like no other. The Saint Laurence river, la Place Jacques Cartier, St-Paul Street, the Basilique Notre Dame, art galleries, lots of hip looking, yummy tasting restaurants, nightlife galore, the festival place, bike paths, jogging paths, ice skating rings, Montreal downtown, are only blocks away.
The building was rebuilt a few years ago, so the apartment is in great condition.
It’s a modern apartment, bearing the Montreal industrial look and feel with concrete walls, 15 feet high ceilings and gigantic windows. A green (in the summer) cosy backyard and a spacious bright living room extend the living space. Hard wood floors cover the entire space, except kitchen and bathroom.
Tastefully decorated with self-made paintings, cozy furniture a mezzanine bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen with stove, fridge and dishwasher, the apartment can easily convene to guests of all ages, genders and orientation (gay friendly). Wi-Fi Internet is also available. Before I forget, there are two queen size beds, one at the mezzanine and one in the guest room as well as a sofa bed and a large second sofa in the livingroom.
And if this is not enough, the building is equipped with a rooftop terrace, swimming pool and rest area where sightseeing is at its best. Fireworks, Downtown Montreal, the river and the port are all in sight.
Metro station: Square Victoria
Bus lines: (phone number hidden)...
The BIXI (Montreal’s public bicycle system) stand is just around the corner.
There is even a taxi station nearby
Some words about myself:
I'm a 31 years old French woman that moved to Montreal about 4 years ago. I absolutely love the city. I enjoy museums and art galleries; I like to paint. I do some sports, occasionally go dance or have a drink with friends, organize fancy suppers (hihi I’m French…. Ohh, I already mentioned that! ) or watch movies on my huge cinema wall (btw. I have a projector).
If you're interested, please send me an email with a little bit about yourself and we can get in touch.
Good luck on your apartment search!
