A 4 bedroom native style house, spacious living room, shared T&B and equipped kitchen. It is located in a private compound along the beach and caretakers on hand, ideal for communing with nature or just getting the hang of simple living. Very basic, no frills.
The 2 storey, 4 bedroom house is made of lightweight, native materials with the bedrooms on the 2nd floor and the T&B on the ground floor (no hot water, very basic). In one bedroom the bed is built in, in 2 other, the bed is made of bamboo and the fourth, made of metal and all beds are with foam matresses. Insect nettings and electric fans are available. There is a spacious living/dining room and a kitchen with refrigerator, gas stove, pots & pans, plates, glasses and cutleries for the guests use. Additional charges per night for extra guests exceeding 8, only 4 extra guests are allowed.

The house is in a private compound and guests have full access of the beachfront, free use of snorkeling masks, swimming vests and fins. There are some rules though regarding the beach as it is part of the buffer zone of the marine sanctuary.

Caretakers will be in the compound to assist guests with their queries or requests.
Amenities are very basic and brownouts occur intermittently in the whole island. There is no generator in the compound but lamps and flashlights are available. Water comes from a spring and is potable. Food and supplies can be bought in the grocery or market in Penaplata before going on to Tagbaobo but small sari sari (variety) stores can be found in the village selling softdrinks, beer, rice and other basic supplies. Cellular sites are available but weak in some areas of the compound.
Guests are asked to respect the values, culture and traditions of the community. Smoking is allowed in pre-designated areas.
