Well organised, mini-loft with mostly white, shabby chic decoration and touches of colour. A real little home, with a restful, romantic atmosphere. Clean, cosy, bright and green.
Fantastic location, literally the best for charming Paris lifestyle, independent shops and hip local bars (not poncy tourist ones).
Walking distance from Gare du Nord, Montmartre, Opéra.
Great metro connections.
A one of a kind, converted, studio space, on three levels with a high ceiling and lovely light. Full of character. Decorated mostly with books, original artwork, and one wall painted duck green, full of flourishing indoor plants--they love the light!
Not suitable for children, as they could fall from the open mezzanine. Not suitable any other configuration that an individual or a couple. It's very well distributed, and convenient for city living, but it's very small and intimate. Think tiny house :)
Tiny and practical bathroom with large shower and hairdryer (no bath) and fully equipped open plan kitchen. Lots of empty cupboard and drawer space for your stuff.
Please note, as is common for a Paris studio, it really is small and I feel the wide angle photos don't make that obvious enough, so I want to make sure that's clear! It's perfectly distributed, however, and is really a fun space to live in. Also, I renovated this studio myself with much love. It's a delightful and charming space, but not a new build, so please don't expect that kind of finishings.
Not suitable for smokers. At all. Really, no smokers please. Smoking is not good for you!

The whole studio is yours to enjoy!
The studio is lit by original 1900's skylights that can't be occulted, so there is no blackout for night time. There is a clean eye mask provided by the bed, but if you think this will bother you a lot, then this is not the right place for you!
There will be fresh bed linen, soap and towels for you to use. There's a small washing machine to keep you in clean clothes if you stay a while! You will find plenty of plates, cups, pots and pans at your disposal and some basics for cooking like salt and olive oil.
Also lots of wonderful books you can read (but not take please)!
No smoking please, really, none.
Do not come with children, the mezzanine, although not very high, could be dangerous for them.
No swiping books, but you're welcome to read them, there's an awesome collection.
Treat it as you would your home, it's my home! Thanks :)
I will provide information sheets by email on booking.
