I may or may not be around during your visit. The unit is completely self contained, so you come and go as please. I do however need occasional access to the unit, as my laundry and storage are located down there.
Please remove your shoes, the carpet has just been replaced and I'd love to keep it pretty.
Quiet hours between 10pm and 8am.
No use of washer and dryer unless previously arranged for long term stay (2 plus weeks) and additional fee.
No parking directly in front of house
Lost keys fee of 150$ with an additional 200$ fee if someone has to come over and let you in.
