Quiet, old two-story townhouse with 2 bedrooms. There is no lift.
The room is light and airy, and simply furnished with a new firm and comfortable futon bed, closet, and a bookshelf with reading material for all tastes. All linens and towels are provided. An iron and ironing board are available. You have your own bathroom with a bath tub. There is a washing machine and dryer, and a hairdryer. The kitchen is equipped with a kettle, toaster, fridge, gas stove/oven, microwave, and dishwasher.

You will have your own keys to the flat for your visit and are welcome to come and go as you wish. Free wifi covers everywhere in the house and on back deck. Let me know if the checkin/out time doesn't work with your schedule/flights - I will accommodate if I can!

You would be sharing the flat with me. I work from home once in awhile. I'm happy to help out with suggestions for sight-seeing, eating, and travel, and have lots of brochures and ideas to help you. I know all of the secret spots and hidden gems after living in the neighborhood for 15 years. I want you to have a great time in DC and can make many recommendations depending on your taste.
You're welcome to use the kitchen and cook if you like. If you have questions about the house or the area or anything to help you make your decision, just let me know and I will do my best to help out. You're welcome to use the back deck as well. There is a pink binder with all of the info you need when you get here.
