The master bedroom has a Queen size bed with private sink vanity. The loft area has a private bath, Queen size bed and an additional Twin. There are bathrooms on each floor. This unit is non-smoking and has two outside parking spaces (unassigned). Wireless high speed internet provided by Horizons 4 (instructions posted in unit). Horizons 4 offers outside parking, partially enclosed spa, sauna, recreation room (pool table, ping pong, video games), and laundry facilities. During summer, the swimming pool, barbecue and tennis court are open. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance and during the winter, the shuttle stop is nearby. The shuttle (green line) travels to the Eagle Lodge and the Village. Horizons 4 offers outside parking, partially enclosed spa, sauna, recreation room (pool table, ping pong, video games), wireless high speed internet (instructions provided in unit) and laundry facilities. I respond to everyone in a timely manner via Airbnb email Monday- Friday 8AM-5PM PST. I provide weekend and after hour contact info once a reservation has been made. Same day booking must be made by 2PM that day.
• Please keep all used dishes in the sink or dishwasher upon departure.
• Pile all used towels in the bathroom.
• LEAVE PARKING PERMITS on the kitchen counter. ALL vehicles without a parking permit displayed are subject to towing at owner's expense.
• RETURN KEYS to the main office. In lobby drop box at the address sent in confirmation. DO NOT LEAVE KEYS IN THE UNIT.
PLEASE TURN HEAT DOWN, TURN LIGHTS OFF, and CLOSE WINDOWS WHEN YOU LEAVE.
