Enjoy your time away from home in a modern and bright 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment in a quiet and gated community in Pasadena.

Location: Old Town Pasadena

If you don't have a car, please don't worry you are walking distance to public transportation.

Amenities:

Property has a 24 hr open fitness room.

Fully equipped kitchen with appliances (stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and microwave), washer&dryer inside the unit.

We provide all linens and towels as well as a hair-dryer, iron and vacuum cleaner.

Free parking (one car) and WiFi:

You will benefit from free wireless internet and will have your own parking space in an underground parking.

Please read the following instructions carefully - To benefit all residents and to insure proper use of both the rented premises and the entire building, Guests agree to comply with the following Rules and Regulations;

NO SMOKING -- this building, per the onsite management and the City of Pasadena, is a 100% SMOKE-FREE ZONE; including both private and communal areas, the unit itself and any other public areas within the building and the communal property regardless of whether inside or out. You must be totally off of the premises and on public property to smoke. If you're a regular smoker and feel you'll have a hard time following this rule we kindly suggest you look into another property. Evidence of smoking will result in a complete forfeit of the security deposit.

NOISE -- We have a zero-tolerance policy with noise complaints. We ask that you please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. QUIET HOURS from 10PM-8AM (week) and 10PM - 9AM (weekends).

NO LARGE GATHERINGS/PARTIES

NO PETS

VISITORS -- We ask that all guests let us know in advance if they plan on having any visitors during their stay.

NO LIT CANDLES --Tenants will not do anything or keep anything in or about the premises that in any way will increase the risk of fire or that may conflict with fire regulations.

DAMAGE -- Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. We understand things happen but we do require that all guests inform us if anything is damaged during their stay.

ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES -- The use or involvement of illegal substances is highly prohibited and will result in eviction from the property, and may also result in law enforcement participation.

PARKING -- Unauthorized vehicle will be towed away at your own expense, so be aware of parking on the wrong spot.

WEAPONS -- Possessing, using, or storing lethal weapons anywhere in the property is prohibited. "Lethal weapon" is defined as any deadly weapon which, from the manner used, is calculated or likely to produce death or serious bodily injury. This includes, but is not limited to: all firearms, hunting knives, switchblades, bows and arrows, machetes, or other knives.

KEYS -- Guests will return all the keys including the apartment key, building fob and garage entrance remote control before the check out time. Upon vacating the premises Guests shall not leave behind any personal belongings or any debris.

PLEASE NOTE -- The guests undertakes to hold the Host harmless against any and all loss, claims, causes of action, demands and/or costs and expenses that may be incurred by the guests in relation to the unit rental. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items.

By requesting and/or making a reservation, all guests are agreed to follow the house and the building rules by the management. Failure to follow the rules will result in expulsion from the property and also, the remaining rental will not be refunded and the security deposit will be forfeited.

Matt was great to work with. We had a very last minute cancellation and he was very communicative. I'm actually thankful the other host cancelled because I know this place and this host was a much better experience for our stay!

We've stayed at Matt's place twice now and each time has been great. The place is clean, attractive, and very comfortable. It's located near lots of shops and restaurants but is still quiet. And its very easy to use public transportation although driving in the area is easy and the underground, secure parking is great. Matt is great at communicating and is very responsive to all calls and questions. His place is well kept and he makes everything very easy.

It is a great place to stay. Very close to shops, food, coffee and the metro gold line...all walkable. We would definitely stay again.

We stayed at Matt's place for about a week and loved it. The location is great. It's within walking distance to lots of restaurants, shops, and the metro gold line. Using public transportation is very easy from there and we also had an assigned underground parking space. The apartment is nice and light and very clean. We had everything we needed, including a nice work space. Matt was very easy to reach and always responded very quickly. Everything was great.

The apartment was nice and had everything you need to stay for a few days. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was clean. We had an issue with the kitchen plumbing, but Matt was responsive to help get it fixed.

The condo was walking distance to restaurants and shopping in old town Pasadena. Very comfortable and clean for our family of four. Matt was helpful and responded very quickly to any question. Would stay there again!
