The abundance of natural light through skylights makes this a breezy, relaxed refuge. A stone's throw from Oxford St, this apartment offers the perfect balance between seclusion and full walking access to everything the city has to offer.
The apartment is really unique for the area. Long and elegant, it was formerly three separate first floor terraces, it has been renovated to become the one apartment (fashion retail below). The bedrooms are massive and full of light, big windows and soft carpet.
The living areas are more a bit more snug, but with windows facing back to a nice view of the city and gorgeous filtered light coming in from the skylight roof makes this spaces really nice to eat and relax in day or night, and the perfect growing environment for our many house plants :)
The kitchen is long and there's lots of bench space to cook if so inclined.
Accès des voyageurs
Please make yourself at home! You will have unrestricted access to the whole apartment, barring a few cupboards in the kitchen and one in each bedroom where we'll have our stuff stored.

At least one of myself, James or Victoria (my two housemates) will welcome you and check you in. We'll also be able to direct you to the free parking spots in the vicinity if you need (parking around here is a bit tricky).
The traffic noise from South Dowling Street is noticeable from the bedrooms. It starts at about 7am and dies right down after 10pm. It doesn't bother us at all but very light sleepers might feel need to use earplugs.
Because of a quirk in the zoning the house does not have its own street bins. We will be around to take care of the rubbish on bin night every Wednesday.
The bathroom shower is excellent: spacious, great pressure and temperature control.
Noise after 11 pm will have to come right down, particularly in the kitchen and first bedroom, as we live next to a Jeweller who sleeps on the other side of that wall above his shop and rises early for work.
