Check in time is 3pm and check out time is 10am. No deviations without prior confirmation. Most of our bookings are done with one guest leaving and the next guest arriving on the same day. There can be no late check-out if there is a guest coming in as you depart.
Directions to Poipu Shores 303A…
You can go to (URL HIDDEN) or (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) to download directions and map to the property. Our address at the condo is 1775 Pee Road, Koloa, HI, 96756. We have found the easiest way is to just have the rental car agent give you directions and a map. It is about a 20- minute drive.
Depart Lihue airport toward the mountains
Go straight onto Ahukini Rd/HI 570 at the stop light at Kapule Hwy.
Take this about one mile to the stop light at Kuhio Hwy (KFChicken) turn Left
It will become Kaumualii Hwy/HI 50 W.
Take HI 50W about 6.5 miles to Maluhia Rd/HI 520 to Poipu & Koloa turn left
A bit less than 3 miles to the Koloa Bypass road/Ala Kinoiki turn left
2.5 miles to intersection of Poipu Rd straight
This is now Pe’e Road - take the first right, Hoohu Rd,
Follow the winding road around the crater to the stop turn right
Poipu Shores is 100 feet on left (second driveway)
Upon arrival at Poipu Shores, please go to the office with the license number of the car, and obtain a parking pass. One parking stall for each condo.
Pull in and drive down to the lowest part of the driveway. If there is no parking in the lower lot, it is OK to park anywhere it is convenient to unload your luggage. The four-story building on your right is the “A” building and 303A is in this building. You are on the 2nd floor when you access the building. You will need to take the stairs or the elevator to access 303A. The key box is attached to the door of #303A. The current push button combination is 7654. Open the key box and take out your key…then open the door to your luxurious home in Poipu.
Please note that we have had a number of guests losing their keys, or locking themselves out of their condo. This results in a call to the housekeeper, or the Poipu Shores staff. Either of these services results in a minimum $50 charge. We will deduct the appropriate amount from your deposit should you need an evening “lock-out” remedy. There is a $75 fee if the key to the safe is lost.
All of our condos have a safe. Use it for your valuables when they are not being used for your pleasure. Our homes have never been struck by any crime at all. We want this record to continue!
Please use your condo key to access the pool gate and also the gate on the West side of the property to use the private road down to Poipu Beach.
Departure Information. We ask that you do the following:
1. All dishes washed (or in the dishwasher and run).
2. Remove all trash and rubbish. There is a dumpster behind the stairwell on the West – Poipu Beach side – stairwell and in the lower parking lot. We suggest doing this daily to keep the bugs to a minimum.
3. All windows closed and lights off. Ceiling fans can be left on.
4. Make sure safe key is in the lock of the safe.
5. All door keys should be left in the key box!

Enter the access code- Poipu
Follow on screen instructions and you are good to go for seven days.
After seven days you will have to re-enter the access code.
