The Wyndham Ocean Walk Resort is the premier resort in Daytona Beach, FL. It is a true vacation destination! This resort is fun for the entire family. Relax in one of 4 outdoor pools including a lazy river and kids activity pool or choose from 2 indoor pools. Wyndham Ocean Walk over looks our beautiful ocean and is located at the beginning of our "boardwalk." Plus it is conveniently located next to Ocean Walk Shoppes which offers a variety of restaurants and shops as well as a movie theater.
This full 1 bedroom oceanfront condo, #807, is located on the 8th floor providing breath taking views of the ocean. This condo has 2 full size beds plus a pull out sofa to comfortably accommodate 6 people (4 adults & 2 children). It is complete with a full kitchen including dishwasher as well as your personal washer/dryer unit in the room. It has 2 flat screen TV's, large closet and dresser drawer space.

GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS
We pride ourselves in providing a place for you to enjoy your vacation that is comfortable and homey, not just a hotel room. Please show respect for the condo and treat is as if it were your own.
Check In time is after 4pm and Check Out time is 10am. See below for more Check In/Out information.
Maximum of 6 people to a unit (4 adults & 2 children).
Pets are not permitted in the rental unit under any circumstances.
Absolutely NO SMOKING in the room. Ii you choose to break this rule you will forfeit your deposit.
Please note that there is no daily maid service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. You are provided bath towels and linens for your stay. Please use them appropriately so that they last your entire stay. If any become soiled you must launder them yourself using the washer/dryer in your unit It is recommended that you bring your own beach towels as the room is stocked with shower towels only. Please do not take the bath towels to the beach.
No loud music or disruptive behavior is allowed. Please show respect to the other tenants in the building.
If you have a maintenance issue, you must first call Ron at . He will address himself or have someone else come to resolve the issue. If you call anyone other than Ron for repairs you will be responsible for any expenses incurred.
Do not flush anything down the toilet other than toilet tissue. You will be responsible for repairs as a result of disposing of other items in the toilet.
Please dispose of trash in the trash shoots located in the halls. There are extra trash bags provided.
You will be provided adequate number of keys for your reservation. If you lose a key or a key becomes deactivated, you must call Ron to have a replacement made. At his discretion, there is a $25 fee for a replacement.
The required security deposit will be held in escrow during your stay at the condo. You will be charged from your security deposit for any missing or damaged items to the unit or if the unit is not vacated by check out.
There is a $79 cleaning fee that is made with the rest of your payment. Although the unit will be cleaned after your stay we expect the unit to be left in an acceptable manor. We ask that no furniture be moved and that you do not leave unclean dishes in the sink or dishwasher and please empty the refrigerator before you leave. Use common sense when checking out. Fees for additional cleaning will be deducted from you deposit before refunded.
DAMAGE/RESERVATION DEPOSIT - A damage/reservation deposit of $200 is required. This must be received within seven (7) days of booking the reservation. The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit in NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within fourteen (14) days of departure, provided the following provisions are met.
No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay.
All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in the dumpster, and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned. One load of laundry is started.
All keys are left on the kitchen table and unit is left locked.
All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.
NO linens are lost or damaged.
NO Early check-in or check-out.
Parking passes are left inside the unit upon departure.
The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner), the local law enforcement, the security company employed by Ocean Walk.
PAYMENT - The weekly rent is due before or at the time of arrival to Ron Ghaffarian. The advance payment will be applied toward the room rent. Please make payments in the form of cash, traveler's checks, bank money orders, cashiers checks or personal checks payable to Ron Ghaffarian. The advance payment is not a damage deposit.
If you woulld like to pay be check, the check must be received at least 30 days before arrival.
If you plan to pay be credit card, please let us know ahead of time and you will need to sign a rental contract upon arrival.
Payments of cash, traveler's checks or money orders can be paid at the time of arrival.
CANCELLATIONS - A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are less than thirty (30) days of arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.
MONTHLY RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS - Monthly renters must cancel one hundred twenty (120) days prior to check-in. Monthly renters who make a change that results in a shortened stay must be made at least ninety (90) days prior to check-in.
RATE CHANGES - Rates are subject to change without notice.
CHECK IN PROCEDURES
Please call AT LEAST one day prior to your arrival so that an easy check in can be arranged. Failure to call could delay your check in and in some cases your deposit will be forfeited.
Check in time is 4pm. If you desire an early check in please make that request when you call ahead of time. If possible without any guarantee we will check you in early or at least provide you access to the resort until your room is available.
Any remaining payments must be paid at check in so please make arrangements ahead of time to have payment ready.
You will be given an adequate number of keys based on your reservation, one (1) parking pass and necessary wrist bands for resort access.
CHECK OUT PROCEDURES
Check out time is 10am. If you desire a late check out call to make a request. If possible without any guarantee we will extend the check out. Failure to vacate in a timely manner could result in the forfeit of your deposit.
Please call you have left so that the cleaning crew can come in without disturbing you.
You must leave all the keys provided in the basket on the top of the TV in the living room of the unit along with the parking pass. Fees may be charged for missing keys or parking pass.
Once you arrive back at your home, please email to request your deposit refund.
If your deposit was made through PayPal and was within sixty (60) days of your departure, your deposit will be refunded on to your card through PayPal.
If your deposit was made prior to sixty (60) days of arrive a check will be mailed. Please provide the name to be written on the check and the address you request it to be mailed.
