Our holiday home offers plenty of room to relax, enjoy and entertain. A large garden with a separate campfire area, and a spacious patio with large glass sliding doors leading out to the pool provide ample opportunity to enjoy the outdoors all year around. Inside, a comfortable lounge with a gas fireplace, underfloor heating and a separate dining area provide plenty of space to enjoy the indoors as well.

The house is a large family home and was only recently redecorated. Plenty of room to entertain, both inside and outside. A large kitchen and adjoining scullery make cooking fun and the washing up as easy as possible. The house also has a study with direct access to the patio. Three bedrooms and two full bathrooms (shower and bathtub available) provide ample space.

While staying at 44 Zevendal Way, guests have access to a large garden, patio area (complete with a barbecue), and pool. Wifi is also available throughout the house.

Our neighbor just across the road is on hand to help with any ad hoc questions regarding the property and surrounding area. I can be contacted via email or telephone at any time.

L'entrée dans les lieux se fait entre 10:00 et 18:00

1. No pets and no smoking indoors.

2. The refrigerator must be emptied completely & left in a reasonably clean condition upon departure.

3. All rubbish and personal items must be removed upon departure.

4. The rubbish collection occurs on Thursday mornings, so guests are kindly asked to roll the bin to the street on Wednesday evenings, and return it to its position after the rubbish has been collected on Thursday.

5. The barbeque (if used) must be cleaned, covered and returned to its position after use.

6. Electricity is purchased in advance in South Africa. There will be a fixed amount available when you arrive (equivalent to R500 per week) to cover normal consumption. Any additional electricity must be purchased independently and loaded onto the meter in the garage. We can help you arrange of course, if needed.

7. Wifi is available throughout the house and provided via fibre optic cable, so it is fast and reliable. The data amount is capped at 10GB per week. This is absolutely sufficient for normal internet usage (incl. email, messaging, webex, internet telephony). Additional data, should you require this (e.g. for frequent streaming via Netflix) must be purchased and paid for by guests. We will arrange this for you, if required.

8. Should you require a weekly cleaning service, we will arrange this for you at an additional cost of R500 per clean.

9. In the event that you break anything in the house, please inform us. Accidents happen, but we would like to know about them so that we can repair/replace.

10. Please do not move furniture from one room to another/ensure that it is replaced to its original position.

11. Please be respectful and keep noise levels down at night (especially on weekday nights), given that the house is located in a family neighborhood area.

Excellent standard, 3 big bedrooms with 2 spacy bathrooms. The house is definitely big enough for 7 people. We had all our meals on the patio overlooking the pool and nearby Zevenwacht wine estate hills. Gated community which made us feel safe. The wifi worked perfect and is very fast, fibre. Excellent location approx 35 minutes to Cape Town and 15 minutes to Stellenbosch. A few very good grocery stores just 5 min drive. We really enjoyed our stay in Katrin´s beautiful house and appreciate her service and swift response. We will come back!

Our time at Katrin's was really good.Her place is spacious and well equipped. The area is close to a wine farm which is great for wine tasting.There is a shopping centre close by which was convenient.

Had a lovely time at Katrin's home. The property is spacious - a really pleasant experience overall. If you're looking for a quiet & relaxing getaway in the wine lands, I can really recommend this house. With easy access to both the Cape Town CBD & the wine lands, it's the perfect location to explore all the region has to offer.

A wonderful space, our party of 5 stayed very comfortably, with the house being large enough to fit us all, I'm certain there was room for a few more at least!. Both the kitchen and the braai on the patio was very well laid out. Checking in and out was hassle-free, with the host being very attentive and accommodating. Highly recommended! Location great for touring of stellenbosch and surrounds.
