This spacious one bedroom apartment boasts luminous rooms and amazing views of Guaynabo and it’s surrounding area. Located on the 23rd floor of a luxury building it features 24-hour security, gated visitor parking, a gym and a gorgeous swimming pool.
The apartment is located in a recently renovated luxury building with a lobby, loading dock area, and three full service elevators. A cozy queen sized bed sleeps two with an adjacent private bathroom. There is a large walk in closet and dresser for your storage needs. Clean bed linens, towels, and bathroom amenities included.
You will enter the building by checking in at the security booth then using a passcode to enter the building. From there you will find the house keys in a combination lock box attached to the front door of the apartment unit.
Amenities include all of your linens, a guide to getting around the immediate area, and a list of some of my favorite places close by. Kitchen is fully stocked with essentials like salt, pepper, cooking oil, seasonings, and condiments, as well as pots and pans for your cooking needs. All located either in the cabinets above, or in the closet at the entrance of the apartment.
You will be 15 minutes by car from the airport, 15 minutes from the heart of old San Juan, and will have a variety of shops, grocery stores, and movie theaters from 2 to 10 minutes by car at places like Guaynabo Plaza, Plaza San Patricio, and the Caribbean's largest mall, Plaza Las Americas. The apartment is also strategically located 10 to 15 minutes from the Interamerican University, University of Puerto Rico Bayamon, University of Puerto Rico Medical Sciences Campus, and the Puerto Rico Conservatory of Music in Miramar.

Guests will have access to the visitor parking area, and the Pool Area and Fitness Center from 6am-10pm.

I will be sure to check in throughout your visit via text or email to make sure everything is going well. I encourage guests to contact me during their stay with any questions concerning the apartment, and of course the city!
No smoking. No pets. All over night guests MUST be announced. Accommodates 2 guests. Do your best to tidy up after yourself, especially if you are cooking daily. DO NOT leave food out! DO NOT LEAVE THE A/C ON! Empty out the refrigerator and any trash have you may have accumulated during your stay. There is a designated trash room located on the right hand side of the elevators on every floor. The cost for replacing the key to the apartment building or the beeper is $75, so keep it safe! Make sure to lock up when you leave! :)
