A lovely ground floor apartment with all the comforts you need. Located in a vibrant area in Edinburgh where you can find lots of restaurants, cafes and pubs. 10 minutes by bus to Princes Street. Sleeps 6, free Wifi, free on street parking.

The apartment has a lovely bright living room with double sofa bed (sleeps 2) and a dining area to seat up to 6 people.

The double bedroom at the front of the property (don't worry, it's pretty quiet at night) sleeps 2 people. The twin bedroom at the back of the property can also sleep 2, so in total the apartment can accommodate up to 6 people.

There is a fully equiped kitchen with washing machine and cooker and all utensils you need to cook a meal or heat-up your take-away.

The beautiful modern bathroom has a bath, shower (over the bath) and toilet and seperate sink area.
Please note there is no TV in this apartment.

There is free on -street parking on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Free Wifi is provided. Children are welcome but no pets please. Strictly No smoking.

Where possible we will meet you on arrival to hand you the keys and answer any questions you may have. And during your stay we are only a phone call away!

The apartment is an ideal base for exploring Edinburgh and the surrounding area. All major city centre attractions are within easy reach with Princes Street, the Royal Mile, the Playhouse Theatre and key Festival venues such as the Pleasance only 5 minutes by bus or approximately 15 minutes on foot. The Michelin-starred restaurants and Royal Yacht Britannia in Leith are half an hour on foot or 10 minutes by bus.

Parking and transport:
Free on-street parking is available in the area around this apartment and it is well-served by frequent bus services. A taxi from the city centre costs between £5-10. The apartment is around 20 mins walk to both Waverley train station and the bus station, both of which are also reachable by direct bus services. The nr. 100 Airport bus departs at regular intervals from Waverley bridge.

Arrivals after 9PM are charged a £20 late check-in fee, arrivals after midnight are charged a £25 late checkin fee. This fee is payable in cash on arrival or payable via the AirBNB services option prior to arrival.

Logement très bien placé, fonctionnel. Ne pas confondre la south Sloan street et la Sloan street ce que nous avons fait. A 30 minutes du centre d'Edimbourg à pieds et à proximité de grandes surfaces pour acheter à manger.

Très bon weekend en plein coeur d'Edimbourg. L'appartement est certes un peu éloigné du centre mais facilement atteignable en moins de 15 minutes à pieds. Annette est une hôte très arrangeante et disponible. Je recommande sans hésitation !

Idealne miejsce na rodzinny wypad, 20 min do centrum pieszo, 5 minut do przystanku autobusowego, w pobliżu (choć nie bezpośrednim) sklepy i knajpki.

El apartamento de Annette es muy acogedor, amplio, limpio y cálido. Hemos estado muy agusto toda la familia (2 adultos y 3 niños). La cocina muy completa. Las camas cómodas. Cálido con radiadores en todas las habitaciones. Algo lejos del centro 15 minutos andando, pero cerca de trasporte público y supermercados ( 4/5 minutos). Buena relación calidad/ precio.

Relatively close to central Edinburgh however the area wasn't the nicest. Definitely did the job, disappointing there was no tv to relax after a long day of site seeing. Still a good location

Dear Ashleigh I am sorry you didn't see that a TV is not listed under the amenities in the listing. I have now also written it out specifically in our description so future guests don't make the same mistake. The area isn't the nicest, that's true. But it's close to Princes Street and has free parking so for Edinburgh that's quite a bonus. Annette
