Our neighborhood is quiet with little traffic. Please respect the neighbors- no major parties and keep noise level down in the late evening.
Unfortunately there is no close by transportation. There is a shuttle that runs between Alpine Meadows and Squaw Valley during the winter months.
There is a marked spot for street parking on the Juniper Mtn road side of house. Otherwise no street parking Nov 1- April 15 due to plowing
Never leave garbage out or food in you cars!!
This house has hard wood maple floors so no ski boots allowed past entrance closets and entry room. No pets and no smoking please. There is a climbing wall and climbing is ABSOLUTELY prohibited. Also the deck doors need to be securely closed and locked (they've blown open in the past). Bears are a big problem in all of the Tahoe basin- garbage cannot be left out and food shouldn't be left in cars for that matter. There are dumpsters at the bottom of Alpine Meadows rd next to the fire dept. Sorry, garage is not available.

I live and work at Lake Tahoe. My family loves the mountains for skiing, mountain biking, hiking and skate skiing. We enjoy the lake in the summer and feel very fortunate to live in this beautiful place. We love to travel and explore new places when we can.
