Description
Description

Large room with private balcony in a just partially renovated apartment in excellent area just 15 minutes walking to the city centre and with plenty of restaurants and shops around.

The apartment has just been partially renovated, it has lots of natural light and the building has a terrace of 150 square meters.

The apartment has four rooms and you may be sharing it with someone else or having it all for yourself if this is the only room to be booked.

My family lives nearby and on os us will be at your disposal to show you the apartment and area and in case you need anything.

The Benimaclet quarter is the preferred students area for its vicinity to city centre and universities, great dinning options and perfect communication with all parts of the city with public transport.

You can walk to the city (15 minutes), take a tram to the beach (3 minutes to the tram and 10 with it to the beach), go to the airport (3 minutes to the underground and 20 minutes with it to the airport) or joing any part of the city easily with the many bus lines running nearby the apartment.

The apartment is on a fourth floor with no lift
