Thanks for viewing our listing. We are Chuck and Linda. We have lived on this property since 1981. All three of our children grew up here :-)
Our house, (and the Guest Cottage where you will be staying), are located on a peaceful half acre, about a 10-minute walk from the Historic Village of Arroyo Grande.
For work, we sold Real Estate for 28 years before retiring. These days, we travel up and down the West Coast, buying antiques for our antique business in the Historic Village of Arroyo Grande.
Chuck served on the Arroyo Grande Planning Commission, the Arroyo Grande Architectural Review Committee, and as a City Councilman.
We also volunteer locally for The South County Historical Society, and the Arroyo Grande Historical Resources Committee.
We know the Central Coast of California in and out, and look forward to welcoming you into our home, and helping you to have an amazing trip to this beautiful area.
