A large and spacious apartment (Total space is 100m2) set on park like gardens with communal entertainment area and outdoor (unheated) swimming pool and braai (barbecue) area. The Main Bedroom has a Kingsize or 2 single beds, the 2nd Bedroom has a Queensize Bed, and the third a Single bed. (a day bed has been added to the sitting room/lounge)
The 2 main bedrooms have sunblock curtain lining as the sun streams in during the day, so that you can sleep any time you need.
2 Bathrooms, one with shower, basin and toilet and the other with a bath, basin and toilet. ADSL wifi available, Cable TV (DSTV) can be arranged on a 'pay as you go' by month system. Good security (restricted access, area patrol).

This accommodation is on the 1st floor of the complex, there is no elevator, stairs lead to the apartment from the ground floor and from the basement parking. It is not wheelchair friendly. There is a parking bay in the basement garage, and another secure within the grounds. Further parking available at the pedestrian/main entrance.

We are a telephone call away, if there's any information or assistance you might require; we can collect and deliver you to Gautrain at a nominal charge. (From the Airport in the case of flights arriving after Gautrain hours or by arrangement from Lanseria Airport)

Apart from having your own transport, Uber is the most used service by our guests, we have had no bad reports about their service

Conduct Rules for Darrenwood Heights
(Annexure 9 Section 35(2) (b) of the sectional Titles act, 1986

1.All tenants of units are obliged to comply with these conduct rules and be mindful of noise or loud music which would antagonize their neighbors at all hours especially too early or too late ie. Before 08:00 and after 21:00hr Thank you !!

2.No Smoking indoors and no pets

3.Disposal of Refuse to be properly wrapped in appropriate containers/bags and taken downstairs to the disposal area or left outside the units door on the appropriate day TBA.

4.Vehicles. No vehicles may be parked in the common grounds other than in the designated parking spaces as indicated by the Landlord, or in the ‘visitors parking spaces’ which are located at the 1st entry gate on Ross road
No Vehicle maintenance to be undertaken in common areas other than washing.

5.Appearance from outside. The occupier shall not place or do anything on common property, including Balconies, Patios and gardens which in the discretion of the trustees, is aesthetically displeasing or undesirable when viewed from the outside of the section

6.Littering. Occupiers shall not deposit, throw, or permit or allow Littering of the common property of any rubbish, including dirt, cigarette butts, food scraps or any other litter whatsoever

7.Laundry shall not be hung on balconies or any part of the building or common property so as to be visible from the outside of the building or any part of the common property

8.No storage of dangerous or inflammatory materials or allow or permit any dangerous act in the building or on the common grounds which would cause the insurance premium payable by the body corporate to be raised

This is a residential complex with the rest of residents living in a quiet peaceful environment , Please keep noise or music at a socially acceptable level and at reasonable hours.
The complex in which the apartment is situated also has some "Conduct Rules" (as above but in more detail)
