1/2 a block from a 5-acre park and trout stocked lake. This unit has no shared walls, high ceilings, an open-concept living space, private bedroom and bathroom. Located on the Streamline bus route it is minutes from Bozeman's unique shopping and gourmet dining.
The space is located over a detached two car garage the ceilings are vaulted so it has an open and airy feeling. The unit has an open concept living and kitchen area, but has a private bedroom and bathroom.

The unit is a small part of a larger property. However the majority of the property is leased with the main house. So this unit does not have access to the yard, but does have its own off-street parking pad. Having said this, there is a gorgeous 5-acre park with a large pond (catch and release only), public picnic area, BBQ's and bridges located just one block from the unit which are all available for use.

I live just a mile away from the unit and can be there if needed. Otherwise I am very accessible via phone or text. I am typically accessible from 7 am to 9 pm.
There is no land line so you should have a cell phone of your own in case of an emergency.
Because this unit is located in a quiet residential area and is detached but still close to the main house. We ask that you:
-Respect the privacy of our other renters and neighborhood and keep noise a reasonable level.
-Stay off of the areas that are designated as part of the main rental (front yard, back yard, parking spaces directly in front of the garage)
- Please be kind and treat our property the way you would want your investment treated.
- Always use a cutting board
