Very private house (only one neighbor and remainder of 30 + acres are lake, retention pond and conservation areas).
High ceilings give an 'airy' feeling with some being 12' to 16' (4 m to 5 m).
Tile and floating bamboo and hardwood floors with one guest bedroom, family room, dining room and billiard room carpeted. Owner is slowly replacing carpeted rooms with hardwood floors.
New or recent appliances (stainless steel) including new washer (front-loading) and dryer of extra-large capacity (LG) and LG french door fridge / freezer. Extra fridge and freezer available in wet bar and laundry (respectively).

One exception being considered is taking the home office and locking it away from guests for owner storage.

Neigborhood shops less than ~ 1 mile (1.6 km) away including grocery store (Publix) and integrated ATM (banking) and Pharmacy (prescription medications), Pizza restaurant, Hair Dresser, Dry Cleaners, Bank, Child Care Center, ...
Main Interstate highway is 2 miles away ( 3.2 km). Cycling / walking trail system at the entrance to the development ( 1 mile, 1.6 km away).
Disney and other Orlando entertainment attractions (Seaworld, Universal, ... ) are less than 45 mins. drive away on I-4.
Beaches are 45 mins. (Atlantic) to 1.5 hours (Gulf) drive away with quick access to I-4 to reach them.
The Atlantic Ocean and Daytona Beach are less than 45 mins. drive away. Tampa Bay is less than 2 hours drive away.
A commuter train is available Lake Mary downtown city less than 3 miles ( 5 km) away. Daily SunCard / SunRail tickets can be purchased and activated in advance.
Property maintenance (lawn, landscape and pool care) will be done by the home owner weekly, usually during the weekends with a mower stored in the home garage.

No smoking and no pets (unless separate, signed pet agreement; deposit and fees paid).
Fully-furnished and relaxing home environment that has been kept clean and some areas are updated in terms or flooring, plumbing, network, power, ...
Pet's are not typically allowed, unless specific agreement is made. If pet's are allowed under separate atypical agreement, then pet deposit will be required for any potential damage to house, furniture or property. Also a weekly / monthly pet fee will be charged.
Smoking of any type is expressly forbidden.
House is to be kept clean and hygienic on a weekly basis, by the occupants with the cleaning items such as a quality vacuum; mop / bucket; cleaning duster; ...
