At the first time we meet, the host was very good to us. The room was clean, and the breakfast was good. When we arrived at his house, he asked us to pay for a tax, which is 21€. We were very surprised, since we have already paid the fee to Airbnb, and when we travel to other cities in Italy like Milano, Firenze, and Venezia, the hosts didn't ask us to pay for extra fee. However, in Roma, Milad (the host) insists us to pay for the extra fee. In addition, in his website in airbnb, he never informs anything about the extra fee.
We asked him whether we can pay by through airbnb, since we need the formal receipt from airbnb, and he refused. He insisted that we need to pay to him by cash. At last, we told him that we can only pay him through airbnb, and we need a formal receipt from airbnb. Then, he suddenly became very angry, and rush out of the door. We tryed to call him, but he refuesd to answer; we sent him message, but he never replied. I didn't mean to say anything bad to the host, but this is what actually happened in our trip that I cannot deny. However, objectivly speaking, the room is net and clean, and the breakfast is good.
