New to the room is a flatscreen HD TV with full cable access.

This rental is perfect for guests who are visiting friends and family / here for work / or just exploring our vibrant city. I live on the upper floor of the apartment. For the most part I'm busy with my work as a photographer here in NYC, but I'm happy to give suggestions and advice- as how to make the most of your stay. Guests should feel completely free to converse or come and go as they please.
I am always happy to direct guests towards the best Williamsburg and NYC has to offer!
1) I try to maintain a no-shoes inside policy whenever possible- especially in the bathroom area.
2) Smoking is allowed on the outside balcony only.
3) If guests use dishes from the kitchen- we ask that they rinse them and put the in the dishwasher.
4) After guests are done using the bathroom, we ask that the leave the common entrance open, so others are not locked out!
I'm an agency represented photographer and director based in NYC.
Having lived in Williamsburg for 11 years, I've seen it grow into the amazing
neighborhood that I today call home.
5 things I can't can't live with out: my cat, Mr. Jones, my lovely apartment/refuge from the city, my community, traveling to new places, and of course my wonderful agent.
I have been hosting on airbnb for almost 2 years now- and have really enjoyed sharing my home and my neighborhood with travelers from all around the world.
