A colorful, well-designed room within a 3-bedroom loft. The room is spacious, airy and clean with cute details and a window seat. Located in a quiet, safe, quaint neighborhood. You might see camels from time to time!
A snazzy, bright room with a floating double bed and an additional window seat, which can be used for a child's bed. Two wardrobes with full-length mirrors. There are two windows, one overlooking the lane and the other the side wall, very private! Multiple mood or reading lighting options. Part of a bigger loft. Well-ventilated, with greenery all around. I'm looking for people with good taste, who are interested in designer spaces and can maintain my home as lovingly as I have.
Accès des voyageurs
You can access all common spaces, such as the living room, dining area and large open kitchen, as well as the common toilet. You may have to share these spaces with other guests, if any. I will have access to the common spaces during your stay. You may lock the room.
If you wish to spend the day at the apartment, please refer to my other listing entitled Designer Loft for Events.
The loft is fully furnished. The kitchen has a gas stove, so you can cook. The bathroom has a water heater.
You may also be able to access the private terrace, if it's ready. Please ask the watchman for the key.

I work in my studio on the ground floor, and will be there during working hours. The watchman and his family live on the third floor, and will assist you if you need any assistance.
24-hours running water and water heater in the toilet. The maid may agree to hand-wash your laundry for a price.
There's a small grocery store next door where you can get staples. You can either cook your own meals or order in.
All windows are covered with a fine mesh, and mosquito repellants and electric bats will be provided.
The common spaces (staircase, living, dining, and kitchen) are surveilled by security cameras.
If you're booking the room as a couple, please disclose your marital status. I'm not comfortable giving out the room to unmarried couples.
Please do not touch any of the books. I know it's tempting, but each book is a collectible of value to me, with a personal history attached to it. I have strict rules on whom I lend my books to, and even my friends have to undergo extensive training on opening angles and maintenance, as well as where they're allowed to take the book (the bathroom is a big no)!
You will be charged for lost keys, lost property or any damage to the space or objects in it. Please be careful!
No drinking, smoking or very loud music. No pets. Please clean the toilet after use. Please wash any dishes you may use. Please make sure to switch off all lights and fans when you're done using them.
No standing in the street, as this is a very quiet and family neighborhood.
Please take prior permission if you would like to have visitors. If you're staying long term, please make sure there will be no additional overnight guests (as the booking cannot be amended to accommodate more guests after check-in). You can book for extra guests beforehand.
As is customary in Hyderabad, please tip the maid, watchman and any other workers who may help you!

I'm an architect and lover of culture. I've lived and traveled to many countries in the Middle East and Europe, and I travel frequently for work and pleasure as much as I can! I know a true explorer loves to get immersed in local culture and find little-known places in a city, and I'll be your guide to just that in Hyderabad!
My loft is very thoughtfully designed and always a project under development. I like to collect and display things from my travels and I love to read, so you'll find my place filled with books! I'm also a lover of good food, which I sometimes experiment with.
I speak fluent English, Urdu and Hindi, and a tiny bit of Telugu, Arabic, Spanish, French and Italian.
