We love people and want our guests to feel like they are at their new home away from home. Come stay and play in the coolest area of town....East Nashville! Location, location, location: This house is centrally located, within walking distance to the hip and fun restaurants/bars/shops including Five Points, Eastland Ave. & Woodland Ave. If honky tonks and downtown nightlife are your thing, you can cross the bridge within minutes. Shelby Bottoms park, the greenway and golf course are a close walk or bike ride away. We take pride in what our city has to offer, and hope to show off our southern hospitality starting with a home that will make you want to come back!

RENTAL RULES*
This is a NON SMOKING unit.
PETS are not permitted in rental units under any conditions.
NOISE: As much as we all love a late night dance party on the front porch, please keep the shenanigans where they belong. We want to be respectful of the neighbors, that's part of the reason this neighborhood is so dang cool. And our neighborhood, like most others, does follow a strict noise ordinance.**NOISE ORDINANCE: Kicks in at 10 PM....But since all of our neighbors have young children....Please No Loud Porch/ Patio Noise after 9:00. NO Loud (Inside of) House Noise After 10.00....GOOD NEWS: Plenty of bars/ restaurants to walk or catch a ride to, to be as loud as you wish, listen to music and have a great time***
THINGS TO DO WHEN YOU LEAVE: (This helps us keep our housekeeping rates low for our guests.)
-Please take out trash to cans in alley behind house.
-Strip each used bed & throw soiled sheets & towels on laundry room floor.
Load dishwasher and start.

RENTAL RULES*
DAMAGE/RESERVATION DEPOSIT -500.00 This is not charged until needed. So far it hasn't been needed.
• No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
• No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay.
• All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in garbage cans behind house in the alley, and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned.
•All soiled linens and towels are placed on floor of laundry room (downstairs bathroom.)
• Lock the back door from the inside and lock the front door keypad.
• All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.
• No linens are lost or damaged.
• Sometimes we can be flexible on early check-in or late checkout.
• The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner), the local law enforcement, or the security company employed by My Community.
PAYMENT – An advance payment equal to 100% of the rental rate is required at booking before arrival. Please make payments via credit card or personal checks payable to [Your Name.] The advance payment is not a damage deposit.
****CANCELLATIONS - A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent.
STORM POLICY– STORM POLICY/ROAD CONDITIONS – No refunds will be given for storms. Streets are well maintained. We do not refund due to road conditions.
**TRAVEL INSURANCE – We highly recommend all guests purchase travel insurance. If you wish to purchase travel insurance, go to w(URL HIDDEN) for details and to purchase.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY – The maximum number of guests is limited to 10 persons. An additional charge or $25 per person per night for guests in addition to six will be assessed.
MINIMUM STAY – This property requires a 2 night minimum stay. Longer minimum stays may be required during holiday periods. If a rental is taken for less than 2 days, the guest will be charged the two-night rate.
INCLUSIVE FEES – Rates include a one-time linen & towel setup. Amenity fees are included in the rental rate.
NO DAILY HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE – While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate.
We do not permit bath towels or linens to be taken from the home, but we provide extra towels for your use.
RATE CHANGES – Rates subject to change without notice.

FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS – Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check in.
WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS – Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance.
PARKING – Parking is limited to four (4) vehicles. Vehicles are to be parked in driveway and on street parking areas only. Any illegally parked cars (if you park on the street, facing the wrong way, in front of driveways or fire hydrant etc.) are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
FIREPLACE – The fireplace is a wood burning fireplace. Please do not throw any paper or other combustible materials in the fireplace.
DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog septic system, you could be charged damages of up to two hundred fifty dollars.
The house is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

Robin and Chris.... We love people, life, our families....Fun fact, (before we started airbnb) we met at and got engaged on the house next door's (#(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN)) front porch, and no, not on the same day:)
Friend: "Hey, I've got a buddy in town, we'd like to drop by, have a couple of beers on your front porch." Me: "If you've got the beer, I've got the porch, I'll be home in 20." A couple of hours later....I start bragging about going to see the James Bond movie, Skyfall and how I was going to marry James Bond and be a bond girl..... "Well, if it doesn't work out with you and James, I could be your backup because my last name happens to be Bond." And the rest is history:)
We love people, traveling, keeping active/ working out and animals. (We have 4 large dogs at (URL HIDDEN) not at this house. We have been a little too busy lately for travel, books, shows, and movies but will always make time for good friends, good wine/drinks and good music...luckily Nashville has plenty of all 3.
We love hosting and making new friends, even it is just through text or phone....We can't wait to have you and share the best of the best in Nashville.
