Guests will have full use of the property, park , elevators and parking . parking can be access only to guests that provides their car license number as the security need to add it to the system ( automatic gate system that reads the car plate number) , please be aware this can be done only in advance and only to one car for the period of the stay.

Property mananger will greet the guests between 830am till 6pm every day, on Friday from 830am till 2pm.
On Saturday we have no arrivals or new bookings .
Guests that arrives in other hours then the above will get instructions by phone and email how to get access to the units etc.
Guests that want to have some one to meet them beyound work hours
please indicate that in advance.
The building have two elevators , one function in shabbat control over shabbat , chagim and yom tov.
Electricity use include in price up to 10$ a day, guests pays any charge above.
the average use is below 10$ a day and exceeding that can be caused if guests leave Air con or Heating on even when they are not present in the apt.
Weekends are Friday to Sunday and for such we charge two nights .
The price per day is based on low season and one week minimum, for less then 7 nights contact me for qoute .

Minimum stay is 4 nights.
Owner will need guests Synagugue name to approve first for Koshering reasons only, this is a MUST as they are very strict on that matter.
