Description

This villa in a country area in the interior of the island (in the town of Inca), offers an ideal place to relax and spend an unforgettable holiday. It has space for 8 people.

The exteriors are very nice: go outside and enjoy a small barbecue, swim in the pool (which is partially surrounded by artificial grass), take a coffee in the garden, or lay down in one of the 6 hammocks available. The pool is private and measures 12.5 m2. Next to it, there is a little house attached with a second kitchen and a large table where you can share meals with your family and friends. In this space, there is also a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. In the outside area of the property there is room to park at least 4 cars.

The villa is simple, but very practical and functional. It is an excellent choice for those seeking tranquility. In the lounge you can relax, read a book, lay on the couch, surf the Internet, or watch satellite TV (in English and German). The kitchen is opened to the living room, and has everything you need to cook during your holidays, including gas stove.

The house has two floors and 100 m2, with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There are 2 larger bedrooms with a double bed each; a bedroom with a single bed; and, located in the open space of the staircase, you can find both a double bed and a single bed. This last room has an “in suite” bathroom with shower. There is also another bathroom with a shower for the other bedrooms.

NOTE: This property’s rent is carried out based on the Spanish legislation, specifically Law 29/1994 of 24 November on urban leases. For this reason, the property will be available for seasonal use. In this contract the lessee will not be offered any kind of tourist services. This contract only consists of the cession of the use and enjoyment of the property.

If your pet weighs up to 15kg, bring it, it will be welcomed.

It is not allowed to hold events in the property.

The house and its facilities are totally private. We’ll leave bed linen and bath towels for you (beach towels are not available).

The house is located 1.5 km from Inca; a charming and quiet town in the center of the island with shops where you can find everything you might need during your stay. Due to the proximity to the train station, you may occasionally hear the train passing by.

Furthermore, Inca is known throughout the island for the quality of its leather stores and its famous “cellars” (restaurants) where you can taste the specialties of Majorcan cuisine. Also, the traditional "Thursday" market has been held steadily for more than seven centuries and it is a pleasure to walk through it. Some of the most interesting places to visit are the three late Gothic and Baroque churches (from the XIII century), the San Bartolomé Monastery or the Santa Magdalena chapel, located on top of a small mountain which has been declared of natural interest; it is also an excellent vantage point of the whole island. And for those wishing to go beyond having dinner, at night you can also go to “Plaza del Angel” where there are several bars and terraces to have a drink.

Just a 25 minute drive away you will reach the Bay of Alcúdia, which has over 30 km of coastline where sandy beaches predominate, alternating quiet beaches and more lively ones. The Port of Alcúdia is full of shops where you will find many restaurants to have dinner at during the sunset.
