All Studio apartments have 1 x Queen bed plus an en-suite with bath and shower combined. Broadband WiFi is available throughout the building - great for ! The studio features a full kitchen set-up including an electric cooker with oven, microwave, a small dishwasher, full sized fridge/freezer & a full laundry set-up including an iron etc.

Located near the Spring Hill Marketplace shopping center, which includes the local Woolworths supermarket, Baker’s Delight, Terry White Chemist, Subway, Nokia Care Centre, Spring Hill Newsagent, Vintage Cellars bottleshop, the award-winning Tognini’s BistroCafeDeli, plus several other outlets including the Spring Hill Dental Clinic! Being just off busy Turbot Street the apartments are quieter than other similar apartment buildings in the city.
We are also just a short walk into the Central Business District (300m), Chinatown (500 meters) and near the Brisbane River (three city blocks). Queen Street shopping Mall and Central Rail Station are all within a few minutes walking distance.
To the East, just a short 300mtr walk, are the Story Bridge and Brisbane River. You are also within an easy walk to three of Brisbane City's main weekend markets in the CBD, Eagle Street Riverside Craft Market (Sundays), Fortitude Valley Market (Saturdays & Sundays), Southbank Lifestyle Market (every Friday evening, Saturday & Sunday) and even the Queen Street Farmers' Market each Wednesday.
A ten minute walk north east is Chinatown and dozens of restaurants ranging Chinese, Malaysian, Thai, Korean, Lao and Vietnamese, just to name a few. Nearby Fortitude Valley is Brisbane's night life and entertainment center. James Street and the Emporium precincts offer some of Brisbane's most chic boutique shopping.

Check-in: Check-in time is after 2pm. However, if you arrive earlier during office hours you may leave luggage in our luggage store. Our office hours are 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 12 noon on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
If you plan to arrive when the office is closed, please let us know this and we will email you instructions on how to get in after-hours.

Work and live within the building and love it!
Love living in Brisbane, it is bright, sunshine, clean and friendly city. I love to travel and all authentic food.
