I will be available to give suggestions to live Rome in the best way possible to your arrival, by telephone (9:00 to 23:00) throughout your stay, to make you enjoy Rome as it were your town.
For specific inquiries and we will arrange special needs during the stay.
For REAL EMERGENCIES they are ALWAYS available.
The house is at the beginning of the Vatican walls, so apart from a very small last bit uphill to return home, the location is great for cycling around Rome. At 800 meters there is the bike path that takes you to a wonderful journey under the Tiber, where you can also go rollerblading or go running.
If your living room is a bit 'longer and we are in the summer, I recommend renting a car and go for dinner or cocktail at sea. Even in winter or spring, a seaside dining outdoors is a good habit of the Romans, as it exits the sun.
PORT OF VATICAN MUSEUM is 2.5 km from the beginning of the consular road Aurelia.
The seaside closest that I recommend are Fregene and Maccarese, which are about 30 km and the coastline is very well-organized as facilities on the beach; also for water sports if the conditions are right and you love (surfing - kite surfing - SUP - Windsurf-) ask me and I'll know I advise.
Either by car or by train from Termini Station, in the day you can get to other places on the beach a little further away but within easy reach. Ask and you shall know advise in the best way, how to enjoy the Eternal City as if you had always lived you too !!
- It is not included the city tax of 3.5 euro per person per night, payable in cash on arrival; TAX is REQUIRED BY LAW -
- At least two days before your arrival we ask you to send an email with your estimated time of arrival in Rome in accordance with the check-in (14:00), so that I can arrange to meet you and give you the keys and give you helpful tips .
It 'very important to respect the check-in (after 14:00) and check out (before 11:00 am) because the three hours that elapse between a start and a finish are essential to re-organize and clean the home.
- Smoking is not permitted in the apartment, but it is possible in the private balcony.
- No pets allowed.
- When you are not at home, for your safety, ALWAYS CLOSE THE GRATE BALCONY and possibly close doors and shutters and / or windows.
