The nearest bus stop to go into the city is outside number 80 Signal Hill Road, about 5 minutes walk from the cottage (see below). There are a couple of buses which you can get but the most direct ones take around 20 minutes. Bus details as follows:

•During the evening – number 7 bus (every hour in the evenings).
•See the attached bus timetable or visit (URL HIDDEN) for more information (or use (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) maps)

The cottage is located in a beautiful forest filled with bird song. Due to this location there are some quirks.
Access is down a long 200m gravel driveway which is unsuitable for campervans. They will need to remain parked at the street entrance.
The trees hinder the television reception in the cottage which can be poor at times. A HDMI cable is provided so you can plug your computer or other media device into the TV.

So a little bit about me. I have two daughters, two son-n-laws and five wonderful grandchildren. I work at the Polytechnic as a Business Intelligence Analyst and developer. I used to live in the big house next to the cottage and just loved being surrounded by about 5 acres of native bush, lawns and gardens. I'm very much about my family, my home and gardens and in the past few years have discovered a passion for travel.
