My cool and comfortable one bedroom flat is guaranteed to give you the full Notting Hill experience! All the restaurants and buzz of Portobello market a short walk away. A garden to relax in the Summer, and all within easy reach of 2 tube stations!
My much loved 1 bedroom apartment is in the heart of London's best neighbourhood (in my opinion!), chilled-out Notting Hill.
The flat is a short walk to the Portobello Road market. There are lots of amazing restaurants and bars in the area. A gym at the end of the road and 3 tubes within walking distance: Notting Hill Gate/Holland Park and Ladbroke Grove. It takes 15 minutes to get to Oxford Circus!
It consists of:
1 double bedroom
1 bathroom with shower and bath,
Modern kitchen with dishwasher, microwave etc
A sitting-room with TV/DVD
A lovely contemporary Garden
Wi-fi through out
The sitting room has a sofa bed, suitable for 1/2 person(s).
The garden has chairs, tables and a BBQ - perfect for relaxing in the Summer evenings.
All mod cons included : TV, DVD, wireless Internet access, washing machine etc etc.
I'm looking forward to hearing from you,
There is a comfortable sofabed in the living room.
I just expect you to treat the place like home and leave as it was when you arrived. I'm a clean and tidy person and I expect guests to be the same. I have neighbours above and below me who are friends and noise levels need to be kept down - nothing dramatic, just common sense.
I'm a London based photographer. I love my flat and my neighbourhood and I hope you will too!
I also love to travel. Although I love the occasional luxy holiday, what makes me most happy is to get the backpack out and head off on an adventure. Loads of great trips already and many more to come I hope. Topping the list at the moment, in no particular order: Bhutan, NZ, Ethipoia, and ... I still want to cross the States some time too!
Although I've lived in the city for well over a decade now, I was brought up on a farm in the beautiful countryside of Kent. They call it the Garden of England and I still think of it as home in many ways. However, I'm a culture vulture and living in the city suits me fine in that respect. There's no better place for culture than London and I'm grateful for that.
Airbnb is great. I've rented my place out many whilst I've been away. It's been a great experience each time and I've met some really great people through doing it.
Feel free to fire any questions over. I hope to meet you soon.
