We invite you to visit our beautiful home right in the heart of St. Pete Beach! Located on a spacious corner lot, this house has been completely revamped from inside and out.
You’ll enjoy a brand new kitchen with all new appliances, solid wood cabinets and stone countertops, new flooring throughout, contemporary bathrooms with stylish tile work, new double hurricane windows.

The house is newly furnished and carefully stocked. Everything from bedding to kitchen stuff is brand new, elegant and beautiful. There is a bonus room with a gaming table, perfect for the entertainment and fun. The bonus room leads to fenced and very private back yard were you can enjoy your morning coffee or gather together for a barbecue. Keypad for entry. Key pickup NOT required.

We are responsive, but not intrusive. We will answer all your questions, provide with recommendations, make suggestions, insider info, and most importantly, peace of mind. In the house you will find a local tourist information in the form of brochures, maps and guides about sightseeing tours, and attractions. In addition, we will share our knowledge of the area in terms of dining, shopping ..... You can communicate with us in English, German, Russian or French.

This house is within 10 minutes’ walk to the Beach, and the Bay. Down the street is Blind Pass where you can fish off the seawall and watch the sunset. Just three blocks east, enjoy the St. Pete Beach Aquatic center - a waterfront facility on Boca Ciega Bay, offering year-round fun activities and a gorgeous climate-controlled pool. Our long term guests can register for group exercise classes or just drop in for favorite activities.

Nearby coffee shops include Steam, Larry's Ice Cream & Gelatos and The Comfort Cafe. Nearby restaurants include Verducci's Pizzeria Trattoria, Vito & Michael's Pizzeria and Nori Thai Restaurant(4.5 stars on the Tripadviser). You can grab a lunch at Pasadena steak house( 5 min drive from home) very good food and prices or if you like fish - in the Leverock's Great Seafood( close to the house as well).

Hotel-like comfort to make your stay the best possible. You’ll find mounted hair dryer, ironing board and iron, laundry room with a washing net, baskets, high efficiency Samsung appliances and much much more. With a flat 48’’ Smart TV connected direct to the internet you can access your Netflix account.

Free wireless Internet access. Free unlimited calls within USA and to Canada. Linens are included - bath and kitchen towels and sheets. We provide an initial supply of bath soap, toilet tissue, dish-washing soap, and paper towels.

We have one queen bed with a therapeutic mattress, 2 twin beds, and one queen sleeper sofa in a living room. The sleeper sofa has an additional foam mattress added to it for more convenience.

The kitchen is extra equipped with a French press, espresso maker, coffee maker, and express blender.

CONDITION AND USE OF PROPERTY
Rental Agent shall use its best efforts to ensure the operation of all amenities in the Property, such as internet access, satellite or cable TV access or hot tubs, fireplaces as applicable. Rental Agent shall not be held responsible for such items failure to work, but will make every effort to correct any issues as reported as quickly as possible. Guest acknowledges that use of amenities such as hot tubs, pools, spas, fireplaces, decks, propane gas barbecues, household appliances, electronics and the like may be potentially dangerous and involve potential risks if improperly used, particularly with regard to children and such use is at the Guest’s own risk.
Guest shall use the Property for residential purposes only and in a careful manner to prevent any damage or loss to the Property and keep the Property in clean and sanitary condition at all times. Guest and any additional permitted guests shall refrain from loud noise and shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbors, nor shall Guest use the Property for any immoral, offensive or unlawful purposes, nor violate any law, association rules or ordinance, nor commit waste or nuisance on or about the Property.
DEFAULT
If Guest should fail to comply with the conditions and obligations of this Agreement, Guest shall surrender the Property, remove all Guest’s property and belongings and leave the Property in good order and free of damage. No refund of any portion of the Total Rental Fee shall be made and if any legal action is necessary, the prevailing party shall be entitled to reimbursement from the other party for all costs incurred.
ASSIGNMENT OR SUBLEASE
Guest shall not assign or sublease the Property or permit the use of any portion of the Property by other persons who are not family members or guests of the Guest and included within the number of and as permitted occupants under this Agreement.
RISK OF LOSS AND INDEMNIFICATION
Guest agrees that all personal property, furnishings, personal affects and other items brought into the Property by Guest or their permitted guests and visitors shall be at the sole risk of Guest with regard to any theft, damage, destruction or other loss and Rental Agent shall not be responsible or liable for any reason whatsoever.
RELEASE
Guests are responsible for the safety of themselves, their children and their guests, and acknowledge and understand that each and every guest or guardian is solely responsible for any accident or injury to any person arising out of or in any way related to Guests use of the premises. Guest hereby waives and releases any claims against Rental Agent and their successors, assigns, employees or representatives, officially or otherwise, for any injuries or death that may be sustained by Guest and their guests/invitees on or near or adjacent to the Property, including any common facilities, activities or amenities. Guest agrees to use any such facilities or amenities entirely at the Guest’s own initiative, risk and responsibility. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all Guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
ENTRY AND INSPECTION
Rental Agent reserves the right to enter the Property at reasonable times and with reasonable advance notice for the purposes of inspecting the Property or showing the Property to prospective purchasers, renters or other authorized persons. If Rental Agent has a reasonable belief that there is imminent danger to any person or property, Rental Agent may enter the Property without advance notice.
OCCUPANCY
Guest agrees that no more than [6] six persons shall be permitted on the Property at any time during the Rental Term. Any child over the age of four is considered an occupant and must be included in occupancy total.
Guests expressly acknowledge and agree that this Agreement is for transient occupancy of the Property, and that Tenants do not intend to make the property a residence or household.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Check-In is after 4:00 P.M. EST and Check-Out is at 11:00 A.M. EST. Upon departure, the key must be left on the living room counter and all exterior doors left locked.
Late Check-Outs after 12:00 P.M. (noon) result in Guests being charged for a ½ day and departures later than 4:00 P.M. will be charged a full day’s rental rate. We kindly ask that Guests make arrangements with Rental Agent 24 hours before departure time, if they would like to request a late Check-Out. Rental Property is cleaned and and inspected upon Guests’ departure.
ADDITIONAL FEES
Rental Agent reserves the right to charge Guests’ credit card and/or withdraw from the Security Deposit for any additional cleaning deemed necessary by Cleaning Crew. Guests will be supplied pictures for review. One hundred dollar ($100.00) fee will be charged for a lost key, since all the locks would need to be changed.
MINIMUM AGE AND USAGE
This is a family rental home business and does not normally rent to vacationing college students or young adults (under 25 years old) unaccompanied by a responsible parent or guardian unless specifically approved.
SMOKING
This is a non-smoking home. We ask that you do not smoke inside the house. Upon guest’s departure if evidence of smoking exists, guest’s credit card on file will be charged $300. Guests can smoke outside the house; in the backyard, on the patio or the front lawn.
PETS
Pets are generally not permitted in this rental unit. Special permission to bring a pet may be granted, however, the Guest must inquire of such during the reservation. An additional pet cleaning fee of $50 will be applied. If guests come with an unapproved pet they will be charged a $300 pet fee as well as Rental Agent reserves the right to terminate this Reservation Agreement, and require pet and/or Guests to vacate the premises immediately.
GARBAGE COLLECTION
The Guests shall dispose of all waste material generated during the rental period in a lawful manner and put the trash in the provided garbage bins in the garage. On Monday and Thursday mornings (7 A.M.) these bins must be taken out and placed along the curb for pickup. Guest is cautioned to bring the garbage bins back inside the garage after pickup, as they could attract animals and could be blown away by windy weather.
AIR CONDITIONER
Air Conditioner thermostat must not be set below 75°F degrees, and that the fan setting must be on “Auto”. If set below, this may cause the coils to freeze over, resulting in an inoperable system and costly repairs. Doors and windows shall be closed when either heat or air conditioning is in operation.
FORGOTTEN ITEMS
Rental Agent is not responsible for any forgotten personal items. If Guests have forgotten an item during their stay, please notify the Rental Agent as soon as possible. We will contact the cleaning company and/or inspect the residence in an effort to help locate the missing item.
WEATHER AND ILLNESS POLICY
No refunds will be given for storms. We do not refund due to weather or road conditions. To protect against cancellations caused by unforeseeable events such as illness or bad weather, we recommend that guests purchase trip cancellation insurance from a private carrier.
