À propos de ce logement
Large space in the top floor of 2 story apartment available. Lots of light. Washer/Dryer, fireplace, A/C. Desk, TV, Wireless Internet. I have Mattresses available for sleeping space, just mattresses on the floor. I have up to 2 queen mattresses, 2 twin mattresses. For 4 people, I provide 2 queen mattresses, and then I will include additional twin mattresses for larger groups.
There is only 1 bathroom and it's shared between 2-4 other people depending on number of guests that come. Cleaning is done once a week, but please note that because it's one bathroom shared, that it may not always be spot clean. Please don't rate low for cleanliness on the bathroom because we have notified you in advance that it may not be super clean all the time. If you are very picky, you may want to get a room with a private bathroom.

You'll have the whole upstairs area to yourself*. With kitchen, washer/dryer. There's a corner room with a queen size bed and a large sectional couch that can accommodate two people. Bathroom downstairs is shared with us. This is good for a large group of people 3-4. Tower speakers for music and TV included. (We're young adults and students and rarely cook/use the kitchen, but at in the rare case during a reasonable time, reserve right to use it or the washer/dryer Thanks!).

I'm generally around most of the time. I'll be in my room or out and about for events or errands. My brother works the industry night hours. Can probably help around with questions around the city no problem or other things around the house, etc.
DePaul university, puppies, parks, lots of restaurants and nightlife. Zoo.
Not difficult, Maps is your friend.
PARKING: Some neighborhoods in Chicago, there is no free street parking available, only pay 2 park or residential permits, but my place has nearby free street parking, but you might need to be patient in finding the free spot. You should be able to find a spot at the intersection of Halsted & Dickens, along the strip from Dickens Ave bordered by Halsted St and Dayton St. If for some reason there isn't a spot there, just take a right on Dayton St, go North up one street to Webster street, then take a right, going east on Webster Street, and look for spots closer to Oz Park. You'll def be able to find a spot there. Also, right outside my aprtment on Halsted Street, they stop taking the meters after 10pm-9am, so can park on Halsted for free as well as long as you get the car by 9am.

I'm a part time freelancer in the software space and working on some entrepreneurial pursuits whenever I find the time. I'm usually around upstairs working or crunching code or out and about elsewhere. I'm happy to help out with any questions you may have about the city or in general.
