You may or may not see me. I live in the apartment a few nights per week. I rent out two rooms, so please know that there may be one or two other guest besides myself. I prefer to only have two guests at one time (in one room or in separate rooms). Because there is only one bathroom, I feel that more than 3 adults can be restrictive. Please be courteous in common areas.
I will supply wifi, two towel sets, clean sheets and comforter. The room has window ac and ceiling fan. Heat is central to the apartment. Bath with big stall shower and hand spray. If you require mail delivery, please plan ahead and get a P.O Box. There is no mail delivery at my house. The apartment is not child proof.
