The apartment is located only 5 minutes by car from Perth City in one of Perth's leafy exclusive suburbs. It's in a small block ,nestled among apple and fig trees for privacy with secured door entrance . Shops , river and entertainment close by . Private car bay with guest bays.

you'll enjoy an open plan lounge (opening to the courtyard) , and dining area/kitchen. Good sized master bedroom double built in robe with semi en suite. You'll have your own private parking at your doorstep. Good sized bathroom with shower vanity and W/C , Private laundry. A sparling below ground pool awaits, and a tennis court at the rear of the property. Security doors lock- in this beautiful comfortable apartment.
An added extra ; is a fold down "nite and day " double bed/lounge suite in the lounge, which has been arranged in a completely private environment.

Getting back to our great location; hop in the car and within 7 minutes on the Freeway , you'll be in the heart of PERTH CBD. Perth beaches not far away ; go north a little way to hold the Koalas, or feed the kangaroos. go west down to the Swan River in 5 minutes for a picnic and take some memorable photo's whilst your there.
..Less than 1 klm from the Swan River and magnificent Perth City views. ; plenty of small restaurants can be found just 5 mins away, along with large Supermarket , Banks, Coffee shops and more.

This is a lovely venue and Scott is a delightful person. Would have loved to extend, but unfortunately already booked. Felt very at home here.

We had a great stay! Eva & Scott provided us with everything we need. The place it self is quiet, safe and nice. I love that it was surrounded with green trees and we could hear the birds in the morning, hardly believe that it's located very close to a busy highway. I'm also grateful that they are very flexible with checkout time, we checked out at 2 pm for our 5.30 pm flight. If you are traveling to Perth and planning to use public transport, you should stay at Eva's because the place is just next to one of the main highways that easily take you anywhere and yet, as I say, it's quiet and safe. Also, if you are not used to cold weather, like us, Eva's place suits you well. Every room is equipped with heater and the living room has air-con that you can turn into heater so the whole place feel warm. I would stay at Eva's place again if I come to Perth
