Located on the beautiful lakes edge this fabulous 2 bedroom,1 bathroom holiday home is a five minute drive from Central Queenstown.

Take advantage of the surrounding cycle and walking tracks or relax and take in the stunning lake and mountain views.

Welcoming and tasteful interiors make this a perfect holiday retreat. Ski in the winter or embrace the summer activities with the lake just metres away. A private jetty is also located at the front of the apartment complex for guest use.

An allocated off-street car park is available for guests situated at the front of the apartment. A new holiday home offering guests all they need in comfortable holiday home accommodation

AGE OF GUESTS

Guest(s) making a booking must be over 25 years of age. Additionally, all guests who are unaccompanied by a parent or guardian must also be over 25 years of age.

MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD

The minimum rental period for all holiday homes is 3 nights, except during Christmas and New Year Periods where a minimum of 5 nights may be required.

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check in time: the property will be available from 2:00pm on the day of your arrival
Check out time: is 10:00am on the morning of departure. Please return the key to the lock-box on check-out.
DAMAGES /NEGLIGENCE
We accept that breakages and accidents do happen, the person who made the booking is responsible to report any breakage to Harcourts Property Management and Rentals. Damage to the property and / or its furnishings caused by negligence will result in the cost being on-charged to the guest who made the booking.
NO SMOKING POLICY
There is a no smoking policy in all our holiday homes inside and outside.
PETS
No pets are allowed in any of our holiday homes.
SERVICE FEE
Our holiday homes must be left in a clean and tidy condition upon departure. Should the home require excessive cleaning over and above what is deemed reasonable, a charge of $35.00 plus gst per hour will be on-charged to the guest who made the booking. This includes but not limited to doing dishes, pots and pans, removal of rubbish, cleaning the oven after use and the BBQ. We also ask that guests do not move furniture around in the homes. If furniture is moved and not put back in the correct placement guests will be charged $35.00 plus gst per hour for the correct placement of the furniture items on check-out.

HOLIDAY HOME STANDARDS AND GENERAL TERMS
All our properties are privately owned homes and apartments. Each property is the personal taste of the owner.
We ask that guests staying in apartments please do not hang clothes, beach towels over the balconies and that drying racks are also not put outside or on the decks and balconies, this is a general rule in many of the apartment complexes.
The only consumables in our holiday homes on arrival are toilet paper and soap (sufficient for one stay day) The condiments, spices etc in the pantry cupboard are for your use but are not intentionally provided. Feel free to use what you need but it would be appreciated if you could replace or leave something similar when you leave.

Great location looking out onto the lake. A 20-25 minute scenic walk into town was enjoyable on most days. Quiet and private location.

We loved the Holiday Home! Such a great view, nice rooms, and close to downtown. Watch as you drive into the driveway as it is quite sharp and downhill. Shower is small (especially for my partner who’s a prop). Great place for a fair price!

Awesome location and good amenities. The space is comfortable and cosy. Queenstown town centre is a pleasant 20 minute stroll along the lakefront. Very happy with our stay here.

Great spot! Very clean, amazing views and only a 5 mins drive into town. Perfect pad which is close to everything.

It is located in a quiet little place off a busy street. If you follow Lisa's detailed instructions, you would have no troubles finding the place. The location perfect, but you must have a hire car to enable easy access (or else you can cab it, which is only around NZD $15 to Queenstown city centre). The view of the apartment is just as spectacular as Lisa has advertised, the night view is even more stunning. We were pleasantly surprised by the roof window that gave us an amazing star gazing opportunity. All the listed utilities worked to our satisfaction and we had no noisy neighbour problems (we hope we weren't noisy for our neighbours either) We are very please with Lisa's place and will definitely book with her again.

Apartment was absolutely as described and better. We took down the details to plan to stay on our next Queenstown trip as well. Views were definitely the highlight. Only minor downside (which in no way detracted from the stay) is that you can only turn shower on from inside the cubicle, otherwise the floor would get soaked! Really good shower though
