La casa di Sebastian è esattamente come viene mostrata nelle foto; la casa è molto bella, pulitissima, con tutto quello che può servire. Situata in una bellissima zona nel pieno centro di Londra, a 5 minuti a piedi dalla fermata di ben due linee della metropolitana che vi porteranno senza problemi nei principali punti di Londra. Vicino alla casa vi sono negozi, bar, ristoranti e supermercati. La cucina è attrezzata con tutto il necessario per cucinare, troverete tutto quello di cui avrete bisogno e ben più di quello che ti aspetteresti di trovare in una casa in affitto. Nonostante sia situata sulla strada principale la casa è molto silenziosa e tranquilla. Sebastian è un host fantastico, molto gentile, disponibile, risponde nel giro di poco tempo ai messaggi, presente ed educato; c'è stato un "problema" con la casa durante il mio soggiorno, problema non dipendente da lui ma "causato" da altri, e lui è stato molto presente, rispondendo subito e cercando di fare il possibile per risolvere il problema. Sinceramente Sebastian è stato il miglior host da me incontrato finora e lo stra consiglio a tutti, è una sicurezza e un valore aggiunto al valore della casa. Consiglio vivamente la casa e Sebastian!!

Sebastian is a great communication and helped clarifying issues of internet quickly which is a plus while in London. The apartment is on a main street but private and quiet enough that we did not feel any noise until we step out the door. Onsite laundry with washer and drier. Metro is a 5 minutes walk either direction from the house which takes you virtually everywhere within London including to and from Gatwick airport which we used exclusively while there. Thanks for being a great host Seb.

This great flat was centrally located in Earls Court a short walk from the tube station so it was easy to explore many parts of London. We had no problems with check-in or checkout and and great communication throughout. It had a fully stocked kitchen -- though we only used the tea kettle and the large fridge. It is down the street from Tesco, Sainsbury, Sainsbury local, and a few other markets so we could grab some food to have on hand. It was also about 2 minute walk from the King's Head pub which was excellent. It had a comfy bed and comfy couch with a nice TV to relax after a long day of tours and walks throughout the great city. It enabled us to have a great trip visiting some attractions throughout London and visit with some family before heading back over the pond via Heathrow.

Host Sebastian was an excellent host. He made us feel very welcomed. We did not meet him but he was always available – usually replies within a minute of any question we had. He did his best to sort out any problems with this flat. For instance, in the first night, hot water was not available. He stayed in close communication with us and walked us through all the steps to reset the boiler, bring the water pressure back up and had the hot water running. He was extremely responsive and helpful. Although we feel as guests we should not need to deal with the hot water boiler. Sebastian also contacted us ahead of time about the construction next door. But there was no noise issue at all the whole time we stayed there. Location The location is excellent – 3 minutes’ walk to the Earl’s Court tube station. This station is on District line and Piccadilly line, probably two of the most important tube lines in London. Piccadilly line takes you straight to Heathrow without the need to change tube lines. It took us about 35 minutes to get there on the tube from Heathrow. There are a lot of restaurants, convenient markets, pubs and coffee shops nearby. We enjoyed the ethnic foods around the corner immensely – curry houses, Thai, Lebanese, French, fast food, you name it. The only cuisine we did not find nearby is Vietnamese food, but after research, it seems that London has a general shortage of Vietnamese food. The flat is very close to Hitchcock’s original London residence, we got a kick out of it. There is no train station in Earl’s court, so if you are thinking to get a paper travel card to take advantage of the 2for1 deal, you can ride several stops on the District line to Victoria station and buy the paper travel card there, and at the same time, pick up the vouchers from the train station as well. This is what we did and we had it taken care of within 30 minutes. If you are not interested in the 2for1 deal, you can always just buy the Oyster card from Earl’s Court station. The Flat The flat is very quiet despite being on a main road. It is very spacious - especially for London. It is tastefully furnished. Lighting of the whole flat is very well done with mostly recessed lighting throughout. The kitchen is top notch with new and modern appliances. It is equipped with everything you could possibly need. The bed is comfy especially for us who are used to platform beds. Washer & Dryer is available in the utility room down the hall – I believe sharing with another flat, but that flat seems empty. There are 2 washers and 2 dryers. It has some minor issues such as: Front door lock is a bit difficult to get the hang of it; The blinds on the big front windows are somewhat transparent so...
