There is no doubt, by those that know Keystone, that the Enclave townhomes are by far the most coveted units in the resort area. Close access to lifts and restaurants, with views looking over the ski area to the front and National Forest to the rear, huge oversized rooms, garage parking, fabulous common areas; these are the units everyone wants. We are hoping to share our good fortune of ownership with others to enjoy the wonderful Colorado mountains.

From the moment you pull into the oversized two car garage and enter the town home you will be awed by the two story stone fireplace, enticed by the comfortable living area, soothed by the private sauna, and wowed by the fabulous views. Our huge clubhouse is just steps away and offers racquetball, swimming pool and hot tub, foosball, ping pong, and pool, gym machines, everything you need to keep the active family content (not to mentions the ski resort blocks away.) You will be pleased with the comfort, convenience and value that our home offers to our guests and you will be awed by the views and amenities. The private hot tub can be freshly filled and ready for your use for an additional $100 fee.

Third floor - Master bedroom with sleep number king bed and private bathroom. Bedroom 1 with queen bed, bedroom 2 with two queens, bathroom.
Second floor - Bedroom three with private bathroom, laundry room, kitchen, dining and living room area.
First floor - Hot tub, sauna, and garage.

Clubhouse with pool and hot tub.

Convenient location - can walk to restaurants and bars. Right across from free River Run Gondola parking lot.

There is a bus stop about 2 blocks from home that access the free public transportation of Summit County

Family has set their winter schedule. Now open for Christmas bookings. At this time we are asking for a 7 day minimum over the Christmas/ New Years holiday.

Guest agrees not to smoke in the home. Also, that there will be no loud parties in the home or on the premises. Guest will maintain the home in good order and appearance and conduct themselves in a manner inoffensive to the neighbors.
Guest and visitors agree that any drug use on the property, or any disturbance, annoyance, endangerment or inconvenience of the neighbors: or use or the premises for any immoral or unlawful purposes, or violate any law or ordnance or commit waste or nuisance on or about the premises will immediately terminate the rental agreement.
Owner or owner agent may enter the premises immediately in the event of an emergency, in order to perform necessary repairs or maintenance; and with 24 hour notice, for normal maintenance or to show a prospective renter.
Occupancy in not to exceed eleven persons without prior permission from the owner(URL HIDDEN)Guest is responsible for all damage, breakage, or loss to the premises, except for normal wear and tear(URL HIDDEN) The property will be left in the same good and habitable condition as when checking in. Any notable conditions found upon arrival will be reported to the owner immediately. The property will be inspected before and after occupancy. Any damages may be posted to guest’s credit card or deducted from security deposit, but is not limited to the amount of the security deposit.
Guests acknowledge any loss or damage to the home will result in a charge for replacement value to be deducted from security deposit. Guest agrees to indemnify and hold owner harmless from all liability, loss, or damage arising from any nuisance of harm made or suffered on the premises by the guests or invitees, Also from any carelessness, neglect, or improper conduct of any persons entering, occupying, or visiting the home.
Owner will provide utilities, furniture, fixtures, linens, and towels.
Prior to evacuating guest is responsible to remove all excess trash to outside trash bins and ensure all dishes and cookware are clean and return furniture to original position.
Owner shall not be liable to guest or guests invitees for any injury, loss, or damage to any person or property on or about the premises. Guest shall hold owner harmless and indemnified from and against all loss, injury, or damage occasioned by the use or misuse or abuse of any part of the premises and community areas.
Pets are not allowed on property unless approved by owner.
Any violation of lease may result in fine of $150 per occurrence and/or eviction.
