À propos de ce logement
Freshly renovated, quiet, spacious and bright room with sunny terrace, on the 5th floor with a clear view over the Southwest of Brussels. The room is equipped with a comfortable double bed, sink, television and Wi-Fi.
You can of course dispose of the bathroom with walk-in rain shower, kitchen for breakfast and the washing machine.
Located in front of the Basilica of the Sacred Heart and its park Elisabeth with easy (free) parking ; very easy access to center town.
I tried to bring a little bit of '70 atmosphere in the room which is spacious and bright ; it has a sink, television and you have Wi-Fi in the room. You have direct access to the terrace.

I live myself in the apartment, so if there are any questions about your stay or anything else I'd be delighted to help you out.
I share the apartment with my crazy and playful cat Clément, who will without any doubt adopt you immediately. :-)
Attention though for people with an allergy.
- As we are in a residential area we apply the 8 am-10 pm rule. So no loud music / TV or partying after ten.
- If you smoke you can join me on the terrace, no smoking inside the apartment.
- As the apartment has wooden floors the girls are asked to not wear heals inside. (boys neither btw ! ;-) )
- When you use the bathroom you will leave it clean when finished (the same goes for the toilet and kitchen, of course).

Heya ! My name is Bart and I have been living in Brussels for the last 25 years.
Flemish by birth, but very comfortable with French, English und ein wenig Deutsch.
Have been on Airbnb for a bit more than a year now, and I’m just loving it !
As a former performing artist (dancer) I have been travelling a lot, so now it is time the world came to me :-)
I'm looking forward to meet new people and broaden my horizon with your different views and opinions.
I think I am cheerful and I do – or at least try to - always have a positive attitude towards life. I try to raise an interest in as many things as possible, and I live with my crazy cat Clément-Charles (what’s in a name, right? :-) ).
I was born gay (just mentioning ;-) ), so if you do have any personal, religious or cultural objections to that maybe you prefer to find another place to stay. Live and let live, right?! Everyone else is very welcome !
As I am receiving you in my home and (partly) in my life, you do understand that I will only accept people I feel a certain connection with or with whom I might have something in common. So please no hard feelings if I kindly refuse your demand.
Please have a picture in your profile, I don’t do blind dates !
Oh and one important thing, never forget to smile ! ;-)
