Located on the 18th floor of the world famous "Ilkai Hotel" being OCEAN FRONT in this Newly renovated (Sept 2012) now offering a Modern, Hip, Cool, One Bedroom! A REAL one bedroom, meaning privacy, solid wall between the living area and bedroom. 'Ilikai Hotel' is at the entrance to Waikiki. Being on the 18th floor, it's an amazing one bedroom, offering luxury, style and comfort.
The view is spectacular, overlooking the park with the a city skyline, mountain view, complete with twinkling lights. Being that this condo just completed a full remodel Sept 2012 everything is brand new, gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless appliances. New bathroom and furnishings for your pleasure.
When you arrive, the unit will be clean and set up with linens. As a courtesy, we have included the following list of supplies to accommodate the appropriate amount of guests:
*Bath towels, hand towels, wash clothes, Beach towels,
No pets allowed. Guests who bring a pet or pets without approval will forfeit their security deposit and may be evicted from the property.
This is a non -smoking unit. Smoking on the lanai is also not permitted. Any violations of the smoking policy will incur a $50.00 fine and if additional cleaning is necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit and/or linens, cost will be deducted from your deposit.
Telephone service is for local and emergency calls only. Please use a calling card or cell phone.
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check in time is no earlier than 3pm local time. There is only a four hour window to completely clean and Disinfect and set up for the next guests. Please respect this work schedule and do not arrive early.
Check out time is no later than 11am local time the day you are scheduled to leave. We must be able to enter the unit at 11am. If you do not vacate the premises on time, you will be charged for one additional nights stay.
Check out procedures: The apartment MUST be left in the condition it was in upon arrival. Prior to checkout, all dishes should be washed and put away. All food should be disposed of in the trash chute/dumpster around the corner from the elevators.. Beds linens removed, with all towels and linens should be placed in laundry bin or shower. There should not be an excessive amount of laundry left for the cleaning team - two days of towels - maximum is an acceptable amount. Before leaving, turn off the Air Conditioners NEVER run the air conditioners with the doors open, be sure that the water pans underneath the air conditioner in the living room does not over flow. When leaving the condo be sure all door and drapes are closed. Bring the Bistro Table seat cushions inside when not in use.. Any furniture or items that were moved or rearranged MUST be returned to the original position. Any additional cleaning time to restore the apartment to move in condition will result in the charge begin deducted from the damage deposit. We will not be liable or responsible for any personal items left behind, lost, or stolen.
If you leave an item after checking out, and wish to have it returned, call as soon as possible and we will arrange for shipment. We will inform you of the shipping cost and with your approval deduct it from your deposit refund to cover the expense.
ADDITIONAL TERMS You must be 21 years of age to rent this unit and provide proof of age if requested.
This unit has a maximum occupancy of 4 guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit and falsify occupancy information at the time of reservation are subject to eviction.
Parties are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction.
If a personal check is returned for non-sufficient funds, you will be charged the amount levied by the back for NSF charges.
Any exceptions to the rules and regulations as written here, must be approved in writing in advance.
If you do not personally inspect the premises prior to signing this agreement, you accept the rental property upon arrival, provided it meets the basic description as listed on the Rental Web site. In addition, you agree that you are not entitled to a refund or rent money, nor relocation to another property and will have no claim or recourse against the owner.
You acknowledge that the owner shall not be liable to tenant, tenants guests, licenses or invitees or any other person for any injury, loss or damage to any person or property on or about the premises. The tenant shall hold Owners and Managers harmless and indemnified from and against all loss, injury or damage occasioned by the use of misuse or abuse of any part of the premises, parking lot, beach or community, and from or against any omission, neglect or default of tenant and his guests, licenses or invitees.
