We've lived here for nearly 20 years. We love our area and know where to go to see the sites and provide a printed guidebook to good restaurants and places to visit around town! We are happy to aid guests in their quest for the perfect getaway! Don't be shy, come downstairs and visit with us!
Or if you just need a place to relax or want to crash early, we give you your personal space too.

Are you vegetarian? Let's talk!
If you like to smoke, you are welcome to smoke outdoors.

Two 50 something empty nesters (well, I'm not fifty yet!) happy to share our home and meet some new people!
Phil and I are down to earth, love to chat and learn about others. We love boating and will one day (soon) live on one. If you are staying with us, we are happy to take you out on our boat around the Indian River, if we have time in our schedule and the weather co-operates. We aren't professional boat captains but we've been boating for years. Make sure to ask us about it. It's $100 contribution, for up to four people, for 2-3 hours and we stock the boat with soda, beer, wine and snacks (fruit, chips, fried chicken - whatever you want).
We also love good food and wine. Although we are certainly not wine connoisseurs or wine snobs. We don't need to spend a bunch of money on a bottle of wine to enjoy it, but its been know to happen on a blue moon.
Phil is a wonderful cook and when we go out to eat, it's to eat things that he doesn't want to make himself or hasn't figured out how to make yet.
Phil is British but loves Florida and the sun. I'm Floridian and whilst I love Florida, I also love to travel.
As hosts we give you your space but are always up to socializing and hearing about your adventures and where you come from. Don't be shy, come on down and chat or if you just want to lounge on the couch and read that's fine too!
Our life motto is just be kind to people, children, animals and the earth and enjoy life!
