Paniolo Hale is a unique, secluded condominium complex located on the west end of Molokai. The area's beautiful beaches are only a 2 minute walk from our front door. C3 is a one bedroom/one bathroom unit privately located away from the parking lot and public areas.The C building is a one story building so there are no neighbors above or below you. From the outside, C3 resembles a Hawaiian cottage. It is surrounded by beautiful garden views of hibiscus, ginger. heliconia, night jasmine and arica palms. It also has a partial ocean view.
There are 5 double french doors that open on both sides of the screened, corner 400 square foot lanai. This ensures trade wind breezes through out the condo. Thanks to all the shade trees and the large screened lanai, the temperature remains cool and comfortable throughout our condo even during the hot summer months. After a day at the beach, C3 provides a cool, shady respite from the hot summer sun.
The lanai features bamboo loungers that invite you to rest, relax, read, and surf the web. There is wi fi in the condo. The wicker table on the lanai awaits romantic, seafood dinners. There is also a corner grouping of bamboo chairs where we visit with friends. Since the lanai is screened. most of your time in the condo will probably be spent here :)
The kitchen is well equipped with a variety of pots and pans as well as casserole dishes. There is a blender for smoothies, toaster, coffee pot and grinder, and microwave. There is a rice cooker, bamboo mat, and sushi dishes. There is a breakfast bar between the kitchen and the living room. The washer and dryer are located in a closet in the kitchen. You do not have to leave the condo to wash your shorts and beach towels!
The living room is comfortably furnished with a full size futon couch and swivel chair. There is a new flat screen TV with DVD player. There are cathedral wood ceiling throughout the condo. The floors are also wood in the condo except for the cool tile in the remodeled bathroom. There is a ceiling fan in the living (URL HIDDEN) are skylights in both the bathroom and well-equipped kitchen adding to the natural light in the condo.
The bedroom has two folding doors that can close off from the living room for added privacy. The California king bed is welcoming at the end of the day as you drift off to the sound of the waves. There is a portable fan in the bedroom for the rare evenings the trade winds stop.
The bedroom also has a double french door to the lanai.
The bathroom can be accessed from the bedroom or the hallway. The bathroom has a newly tiled large shower. It also has a tiled floor. Beach towels and regular towels are provided(URL HIDDEN)Located on the drier, west end of the island, there is a sunset to enjoy every night at Panilo Hale. There is surfing/whale watching in front of Paniolo Hale in the winter and snorkeling/swimming in the summer. We provide boogie boards, snorkel equipment, beach chairs and coolers along with an our own insider's guide book of recommended Molokai Adventures...everything you need while vacationing on Molokai!

We live on a 14 acre horse farm with 5 horses, 5 dogs, 6 cats, and 2 chickens. It is located in the foothills of the Appalachian mountains. Curt is a retired RN and Laura is still working as a Mental Health RN. We enjoy scuba diving, trail riding, gardening and hiking. We have vacationed on Molokai for the last 16 years.
